Not too sure what people mean by friendly customer service? When I went in looking for a particular (Not so cheap) product, the lady didn't even bother lifting her head to acknowledge me (the only customer) so I reconsidered asking her if they sold what I was after (I was feeling the vibes) I continued to wander the aisles in search of said item before I gave up and asked her.always go with your instincts, folks.

A huge store with a wide range of products for dogs, cats, birds and rodents. You can bring your dogs in with you to look around.

The manager Katishe has the most horrendous customer service i have ever experienced. She was rude and extremely unhelpful. Highly recommend people find an alternative place to shop

I dont know how people say they have great customer service, the first woman at the counter couldnt even look at me, she was too busy talking to a staff member who walked in, the second woman didnt even say hi, just grabbed my items, scanned them and said $19.95, no bye have a nice day either. Just felt very awkward and unwelcomed thats all. Will definately go to pet city accross the road from now

Super friendly staff that are genuine animal lovers. Were super helpful, and didn't have to wonder around looking for staff for questions.

I purchased a bark collar for my dog. It was faulty as it was vibrating randomly. I returned the collar to the store to exchange it, and was told they couldnt take it back as the packet was open and they wouldnt be able to resell it. It is a faulty product - it shouldn't be resold. They said there is nothing they can do and that I'd have to call the manufacturer. Legally they have to exchange a faulty item.i am so disappointed in their lack of cutomer service

Absoluty went out of their way to help me with grooming issues for my large dog. Were very efficient and knowledgeable. They have an amazing dog groomer. Thanks guys.

These guys are fab. Super knowledgeable and helpful, without pressure. They run awesome puppy/ dog training classes, and Sophie the furry four legged staf member is a delight!

I went in today to get my dog food, had forgotten my purse, tried to sign up for zip pay and it wouldn’t work as I didn’t have ID on me. The staff were so helpful and gave me some samples just to get through the night as everything was due to close. Definitely recommend the store for anyone who wants advice or help with their animals.
