PETstock Joondalup

First time using this groomer and not happy at all. First time our little dog had ever had to be muzzled and his hair was far too long. His tail was actually dragging on the ground!
Wont be back!

Normally we'd have pretty good experiences and would prefer petstock crickets over pet city but the past couple of times have been quite disappointing. My brother has an intellectual disability so he usually comes in with a support worker and asks a staff member to grab him a box as he has troubles finding them. We have a bunch of slings atm so we really need the extra small crickets and they're hard to find anywhere else. The last time he bought some they were medium sized with a few large ones roaming around and the cardboard was starting to go moldy and gross. Today he came home to find out that there was only three large crickets in the container, mold, some kind of larvae moving around at the bottom and no small crickets to be seen what so ever which is pretty unacceptable for having paid around $7 I have seen people in our tarantula/invert groups on fb complaining lately that their crickets literally have mites on them too which can be pretty harmful to our pets. There needs to be some kind of quality control put in place to make sure our pets aren't being harmed and customers aren't being ripped off.

Disgusted by the service in this store had two small poodles booked for a clip on a Sunday only to be advised when picking the dogs up that there is a 10% surcharge. I asked why we had not been advised of this when booking the dogs, the response was we can email to complain and there is a notice on the gate. Then it came to waiting ringing the bell for 10 minutes to pick them up after one staff member walked straight past us had to go to the main counter and ask if we can get the dogs then told oh she’s at lunch. Never again I will use this store or any PetStock.

I will never go to this store to get either of my girls groomed again. One of my babies came back with such bad razor burns on her bottom and up her tail.

After 4 weeks she is still on medication. Head office was amazing and more caring than the groomer at Joondalup.

Staff always very friendly. I use the the grooming service for my little dog. They take great care of my boy.

Very friendly staff and stock the products that are needed. Only place you can get decent dog chocolate from!

Very friendly staff and helpful. Good stock of stuff and also has greyhound specific coats due to their different shape. Good selection of food and toys.

Staff in this specific store are amazing. Make my life easier thats for sure. The groomers are also super sweet and understanding- did an incredible job on my grumpus. Really great team overall! My fav store.

Wash the dog and get claws clipped at one place. Way better than making a mess of the tub at home. Rest of the items in store can be pricey though.

Products are advertised on website BUT when you are at the store what is advertised is NOT available….

Hayley was super helpful, I would highly recommend her. Went there to buy a harness for our gsd and she spent so much time with our dog to find the one that suits him the best. She went extra miles to teach us how to handle the dog with different harnesses.

We have had good groomers in the past. The last 2 appts not good. Yesterday it was terrible, shabby cutting still had a grubby eye, no nails done, no message to pick him up. Groomers gone home whe I decided to just turn up, who would know how long he was in the cage. Never will i recommend or go back.

I have a motorhome, difficult sometimes to find good parking. I saw Red Rooster, and drive through. Ah great plenty of good parking area for my bus.
I went in, starving. Very friendly staff, asked for a roll, not advertised. But, they gave me what I asked for, happily. The restaurant was Covid Safe. Clean, tidy. The bathroom was perfect. The meal was amazing. I have not had it before. Big roll, chicken yummy, lettuce & gravy. So delicious. I attended the following day. One for me one for the dog. Then drove full and contented back to the station way out bush. Thank you you.

Petstock Joondalup use to be good, but the prices are too high & they rarely/won't price match price, they're not very price competitive. Which makes shopping there pointless, given there's 2 other pet store nearby with better pricing & range. I also find the employees Grace & Hayley have a bad attitude towards returning customers.

Good range of pet food, medication and entertainment items for the pets. There was even a dog wash which was self serve. The store is well laid out, bright and airy and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

First time at the groomers today with Archie, he’s a 5mth old toy poodle & really scared. I dropped him off & wished them luck with him. Oh my goodness! He was adorable when I picked him up & half the dog, without all his fur. They did a fabulous job, more than I was expecting, really thorough & I had notes to take home to help with his nerves with the clipper etc which was so helpful. I love being able to book online, it is so easy. I highly recommend the groomers at this store

Olivia always does an incredible job grooming my Samoyeds. They look and feel amazing. Thank you. The whole team at Pet stock Joondalup are great, special mention to "Sophie" the managers dog who always gets bought a treat for being a gorgeous girl!

According to my receipt, I was served by a friendly lady named Katishe. She took the time to explain to me how the Pet Stock rewards system worked now that I am a member, as well as Click & Collect options. She also informed me about medicinal options for rabbits which would suit my needs. Very patient, informative and friendly employee.

I visited Saturday 21/11/2020 at around 1: 30pm if this helps identify the nice employee who served me.

Always top service. Even when washing & Drying Huskies takes awhile. But with 2 you get that
