PETstock Jandakot

Got a plastic dog bed. Staff were happy to get it for me from a high shelf. Friendly ladies and a large store with lots of items.

Was looking for a cat harness but surprised to find them costing $58 and up. Otherwise staff very knowledgeable and friendly.

We took our dog here for his 2nd groom as we were happy for the first groom from here and OMG it’s shocking plus he’s come back with fleas which we know he never had when we took him there never again the price and service is not worth the travel

Unlike most PETstock stores, this one has hardly anything for my birds. Good for most other pets though.

Do a good job grooming the Westie. Large range and good service. DIY dog wash is good value too.

Any PETstock shop is an excellent place to get your pet supplies, and go shopping with your dog. Lina the Greyhound loves it.

Good pricing and deals, good service generally though their computer systems (online ordering) needs work.

The store is always clean and has everything we need but the staff need some training on how to be kind and helpful to customers. They don't like to help and seem to get annoyed if you ask for advice or a particular item.

I put my golden retriever in for what I thought was a complete package. I thought when I picked him up his coat felt soft and smooth. When I went to the back of the store to collect him I was spoken to by the person who clipped him and asked for an extra $5. When I pointed out that the package was near $100 i was asked again for an extra $5. The lady at the front desk said it was OK as I had already paid I advance so not to worry about it. It wasn't till I left the shop that I noticed that my dog had been completely shaved to the skin at the back. I have always put my retriever in there for his clipping and a great job has always been done so it came as a complete surprise and shock that he had been "shorn". It has been about four weeks now since he was clipped and he still has a complete bare backside. I also had to remove three knots that he had at the front of his coat which had been missed. I didn't mind doing that but I was disappointed that instead of grooming him like he always had a quick shave had occurred. I went on a Tuesday but don't think I will go on that day again. My poor Rex will have to wait.for some time to recover from his humiliation. Normally the staff are great and the lady at the front counter was just lovely. Glad I didn't have to pay the extra $5 for a job badly done.

We only wanted good quality bird seed - it was dearer than other places and had too much wheat in it.

Knowing that the store (Jandakot) was closing in 10 minutes and we were minutes away in need for a few things for a little bunny Benji, Zoe answered our call and had collected our things ready for us to collect and pay once arrived. Awesome work Zoe and thank you for your customer service

One of my favourite local pet stores to buy the stuff I need for my fur baby. Staff seem knowledgeable about their products they have have to sell, but I can't be sure if they have knowledge across all animals and breeds. In terms of products, they have a good range, but other local stores such as Pet City and Pet Circle appears to have stuff that this PetStock doesn't have on their shelves. All and all, this store and its staff are great help.

There nice and they got almost all the things you need for your pers. You pay them ten dollars for a dog wash that doesn't have a time limit.

This PET stock is the best. The girls are wonderful and very helpful. Just taken a bag of pet food back which we opened but our girl wasn't happy eating. No worries, were able to exchange for her usual brand. Thankyou so much!

The shopping area is very accessible and tidy in all areas, and the staff are very interested in telling you about all the very best about your Pets.

Very pricey compared to Sydney took forever to be served at checkout and the dude who served us said he was from a different store.
