Good pet shop, always get my dog wash here.there is no limit on showery time, but try not to use it more than 15mins every time

Lovely, friendly, staff that were very helpful, considering it's the silly season and they are flat out busy very professional while being warm and kind.

My puppy came here for puppy school and unfortunately got sick and was unable to make graduation. Emily was lovely and accomodating and was able to put him into another class so he could attend his graduation.
Both trainers were fantastic and i would definately recommend them for puppy school

Was in yesterday afternoon and honestly the staff went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me out with my cat food problem. 6 stars. Really. There's not everywhere that you can get that level of engaged cheerful and informed service.

Such a big and lovely shop. Has grooming available with a dog wash. Also, has adoptable cats in their store. They really cater to all different animals.

Great range of products and the staff are very friendly. Big shout out to Indiana, who went above and beyond to help me in store and choose the right food for my dogs.

I just recently completed puppy pre-school with trainer Tash, and she was beyond helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. She took a genuine interest in all of us and always went above and beyond to answer any questions we asked. I can’t thank her enough for all her help.

Great place for all you pet needs. Large variety of products, staff are helpful and polite. Fish and fish tanks are also available. Sometimes a pet for adoption is also available.

Have been using PetStock for all my needs since moving down this way. The staff have always been extra helpful and went the extra mile with advice for my dog and rabbit. I went into isolation rather quickly and didn’t get a chance to get my rabbit hay so she had ran out, I tried ordering online for same day delivery and but was too far for door dash. I was on the phone to Zoe who was super helpful and went out of her way to come and drop off my order to my door all the way in Armadale. Zoe was so thoughtful and great customer service. You wouldn’t get that anywhere else. I tried to get hay through the petshop literally across the road and they told me they couldn’t do anything. I will always use petstock and recommend to my friends and family.

I wanted to buy revolution for my dog and I did ask before hand if they do price matching, which was confirmed by the cashier. However when I presented the evidence of the product that I wanted to match. Zoe (manager?) said that they couldn’t match that because “that goes below the cost, so we cannot go under 100 aud” but online it’s 79.99 aud and petbarn does a price match…. So how is that price matching for petstock? Just when convenient?

- I have been a customer of petstock for quite a while, I have groomed my dog at Petstock Jandakot several times, we did puppy school as well and I was quite happy until the girl at the cashier tried to charge me extra 15 aud for two treats (0.99 aud/ each) …. Of course I raised the question and she was confident that was the price but I insisted that wasn’t. She checked and she apologised and amended.

2 things in a row? !? HOW CAN YOU TRUST A COMPANY LIKE THIS?

Trying to rip me off? Why? Were you not meeting your target today? Am I foreigner? Did you think you could away with it?

You have just lost a loyal client and I will makes sure this isn’t a quiet complaint. This is just not right. Will make sure people know about this.

End of the story… immediately went to petbarn in Myaree and they price matched straight away.

Love love love! The groomers were super helpful and lovely. My pooch looks like a million dollars definitely recommend. The staff at the counter were super nice and helpful with my needs when I said I need a specific diet for my furbaby!

1st time here. Meg was amazing. She was very experience in her guidance and was able to a number of suggestions to help me. Recommend them for all your pets needs.

Rang up and asked if they had a particular product. They said yes. Drove 30 mins to get there and they had a different brand and size to what I asked for. Not happy.

After using this service for approximately six years we’ll no longer be doing so. Running 10 minutes late due to unforeseen circumstances - the baby sleeping at a different time than usual - my husband had to come home from work to get our dog to her appointment. I received a call at just 10 minutes past with the girl saying we’d need to reschedule. We had waited two weeks for this appointment and have had a very sick dog in the meantime, and despite having been loyal returning customers there was no empathy at all for our situation. My husband was there in the store with the dog and they still insisted on cancelling the appointment. A little empathic customer service would go a long way… but for now we certainly won’t be returning.
