Very friendly knowledgeable fella that helped me out for puppy food.quickly explained stuff with out the push. They all seemed friendly. Thanks peoples

If there was an option to give zero stars I would. A pet stock employee at Ellenbrook told us the feed we were giving our baby guinea pigs was the wrong type and we needed to change to a different type of feed. This information was wrong we found out as our baby guinea pigs, who were two months old have passed away from bloating. We were told by a vet the pet stock employee should not have told us to change food as this food was unsuitable for their age, hence the bloating and sudden death. Extremely disappointed in their staff. They should not be telling people to change feeds if they do not know their information. Do not trust what these employees tell you as it may harm your beloved pets.: (

My dog wasn't eating her food so the staff recommended something else and now my dog loves it because of different smells/taste so thanks Petstock

I have previously purchased items from this store before without incident. I went in today to purchase a bag of dry dog food and queried about their price matching as Petcircle has the same product at over $10 cheaper. The salesperson agreed to match however when processing the sale he queried with another sales person (I assume it was the boss). This person advised that they would not match the price. Will not be going back.

I have an Amstaff puppy. Petstock Ellenbrook have a great range of tough toys, collars, leads, formula and biscuits. They give a great service and the girls are absolutely lovely!

Most helpful staff in a petshop I have ever come across. At the end of the day and they still took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. Thankyou ladies!

Totally impressed with their pet grooming. Our dog needed, apart from wash and blowdry, her nails clipped and trimming at her rear end and we were really impressed by their service. Thank you and we will return for these ectra services.

Holly was really good and she gave superb service and talk us thru the different products and explain it very clear.

Pretty standard pet shop, they have most of your needs for the cat, dog amd fish. Other pets they have limited supply of stuff.

Handy dog wash at the back and the In house dog school is very good.

Fast & Easy washing the dog for $10. Thankfully didn't hurt my back bending - as I would have in the bath tub (big stubborn dog too!)

This place is amazing! They have so many different types of products. Love coming here especially with my furkid Donut. He loves it here too as I would get treats for him. The service is amazing, everyone is so lovely, polite and professional. The stall is clean and nice and they even have a pet grooming station! I highly recommend petstock as your convenient pet store if you need anything for your pet.

Wonderful staff, always happy to help with a smile! The puppy school is also amazing! Can't recommend this place enough. They also offer a full range of grooming services too! They pretty much have everything for your pet's needs!
