Booked my dog in to get a deshed, was cancelled because it's not a big grooming parlour, but can go same time, and date to swan view. Very convenient as I live in ellenbrook. Just lost a customer, the dog food and treats etc I buy from you every fortnight, I will be getting from pet barn, ellenbrook. Very disappointed to say the least

Booked a groom, they cut the dogs leg then we got charged an extra $30 for dog sitting because they rung the wrong number to collect the dog. Poor service do not recommend.

Petstock Ellenbrook is my go-to pet store for all my pet grooming needs. I've been taking my dog there since she was 8 weeks old, and she absolutely loves it!

The groomers are always friendly and professional, and they take the time to get to know my dog and her individual needs. They always do a great job, and my dog always comes home looking and feeling her best.

I love their rewards program, which is definitely worth it. The customer service is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Petstock Ellenbrook to anyone.

Pet Stock Ellenbrook were wonderful in a recent purchase online. I ordered some items to be delivered the same day and they were delivered well within an hour. I never expected the items that promptly but was very impressed.

I would like to commend the staff. On a really busy day they took the time to help me out with a dog a cage. All done with good humour and professionalism. Apparently the store needs to hire more tall guys

Lisa helped me get stuff for my new puppy today and her customer service and product knowledge was 10 out of 10. Will definately shop here again and look out to be served by her again.

Great team! Always ask if I need anything and are very helpful with any questions I have. They give great advice for new dog owners too.
The training classes are also great! We did the first two levels of puppy training and the instructions were very professional and knowledgeable.

We have been using PETstock Ellenbrook for a number of years and have never had a bad experience.

The staff are excellent, always treat us as a valued customer, they even remember what type of dogs we have.

They always price match if they can, if not we still buy it from them, it’s not only the dollars it’s the service they provide.

Advice from me don’t change anything, you guys are awesome.

The best and easiest and cheapest way to wash your dog is at the PETstock Ellenbrook DIY dog wash.your dog is inside a raised bath surrounded by clear perspex with very easy access to wash your dog.there is no strain on your back or legs.there is about 5? Different shower hose settings and the shampoo and the STAFF were AWESOME.

This place is going downhill used to be an amazing store with amazing staff who just loved my dog when he came in, now the staff don’t want anything to do with any dogs that come in (except for the odd 1 or 2) now they don’t even stock Ziwi peak, had asked a fortnight ago if stock was delayed or going to be a problem as was getting low then and I was assured they were coming on time and would be in within the next week and there was no issues or delays, go in today and no stock of Ziwi peak cans I check what’s happening to be told who knows, very very disappointing! It’s like there’s new management and they just don’t care anymore, very sad as I have been a loyal customer for 2 years!

Usually friendly & helpful. This time staff still friendly but were extremely critical of my choices for my puppy food. Bagged out the breeder where we had just bought our 7wk old puppy. Was told they would speak to the rep then get back to me but it's been a week & I've heard nothing. I needed to buy food for my puppy but I was made to feel like I was a bad person & that I was doing completely the wrong thing so I didn't buy it. I went somewhere else. I felt attacked for what I was needing to buy. I don't know if I will go back there? When Sarah? (regional manager now - Boxer lover) was there it was really great. Very disappointed with my experience.

Always helpful and good service. The dog wash is really handy too. A really large range of products.

Staff are helpful and caring. Stopped stocking the high quality foods I liked which was disappointing (don't stock many of the super high quality kibble anymore, only the mid-cheap stuff) and also the Prime100 rolls I used went up by nearly 5$ on some rolls, so checked up at Petbarn and found them being sold cheaper.

I would just like to say a big Thankyou! Too Aiden, I was chasing a vet cat cone collar he was extremely helpful! Wonderfully chipper for 6: 15 pm and fantastic customer service, greatly appreciated.

Terrible dog wash. I have been twice now & both times the water has been freezing cold. My poor dog was shaking and crying - she normally loves her bath. Also there is no water pressure, it took so long so get all the shampoo out. Save your $10 & go elsewhere for a WARM bath.

Is my local. Has gone a bit downhill. Was going to buy a couple fish and the lady said they dont like selling unless they "check my water". Bit rich considering you gave my tank white spot the last time i got fish from u. I said dont even worry about it. Id rather not give u my money if you make assumptions. Anyway that was a first and last for me. I will go to a aquarium shop for my fish.
