Such nice vets very easy to explain things to and listen to you about your pet. Would also like to give a thumbs up for their puppy class, our dog had a great time at class, and finally the ladies who work in the pet stock store are all lovely they make a big fuss off our pup even though he's so big they all come over to give him treats and ask after him. Great staff with great knowledge, highly reccomend

The girl at the counter was a bit rude and didn't look like she felt like serving us and then sold the wrong size flea treatment after we told her a few times how big our dogs are

Great customer service, louis dealt with an issue I had with a faulty light, replaced without hesitation.

Only popped in on behalf of my daughter, great helpful staff. They even carried the HUGE bag of dog food out to my car as I'm disabled.

I tired to call them so many times and they didn't answer so I just visited them. The shop is closed. What a wasting time? You guys have to inform any issues for customers!

Staff are super nice and know heaps about the products they stock and DIY Dog wash is always clean.

Great place to shop for animal stuff they have fish and aquariums plus everything you need to feed them to decorate the aquariums and to maintain them, they have goldfish and tropical fish on display. Plus they have food for almost any animal you can have as a pet, the staff are super friendly and courteous and the shop is clean and inviting.

Brilliant. Spoke to a lovely woman about chicken free kibble as our dog is allergic. She was super informative and knew her stuff.
I was also a pain and forgot stuff halfway through the transaction, but she took me right to the section I needed and helped me again!
Every time I visit, the team is so nice and helpful. Small store, but great atmosphere.

They helped me when no one else would. Chris the lady vet, is so very compassionate and a consumate professional. Tammy, at reception is a fantastic receptionist and administrator. Wow factor plus. These people care.

They have Afterpay which is rare for vets, as well as Zip pay and more. A beautiful Pet Supplies store, that includes pet-grooming facility, that is part of their operation, is alongside.

There is ample parking and it is very conveniently located too. Don't hesitate to go to this wonderful vets.

Great customer service. Went in there today to give my beagle a bath. Was walking back to car and one of the ladies there gave her a treat and was patting her. She noticed one of my dogs back nails on a front paw was growing too long. It was curling into her flesh. The vet clipped it off for us. So grateful it was noticed early enough before it got too bad. ThAnks a bunch from Manni and Family.

Great variety of good quality stuff and finally found food my dog will eat that doesn't make him sick. Pets are always welcome and great friendly staff.

Good range of products for multiple pets, from toys to treats, home grooming (although light on clippers or scissor ranges) to food and bedding. Range of grooming services, as well as dog training (even past puppy stage). Their own vet just next door too although prices seem a bit high compared to non-chain veterinary services. Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff.

Great shop. Plenty to choose from. Stock nicely displayed. Shop was clean and tidy. Now for the most important staff friendly and welcoming together with being helpful.

Shopper beware: We recently shopped at Pet Stock Cannington and had the wheels on our car clamped for apparently parking too long. We had to pay $150 to have the clamp removed and took 12 hours to have it removed. Pet Stock took no ownership of the problem and blamed someone else. Was a horrible experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through so please be aware.

They are totally man's best friends best friend when it comes to everything animal!

Good range of stock. Wide aisles. Friendly staff. Scalws available as well as Dog wash and grooming services. They had charity Greyhound Adoptions WA there with their dogs needing to find their forever homes.

Helpful, great range of products, took my two misbehaving handfuls for nail clip, job done before they woke up that stuff was being done to them, stress off them.and me.
