Both the store and vet have wonderful staff. Have been visiting for over a year now and they take wonderful care of our pets.
The staff are very friendly and willing to help you with all your questions. Love the atmosphere and their prices seems to be reasonable too.
They let my kids get in to play with the animals as well.
Incredible! VN Sarah and Dr Ivan have taken care of both my rabbit and my cavoodle with excellent care. Sarah is so knowledgeable and caring. She spent as much time possible with me, explaining everything I needed to know when taking my fur babies home. Thank you both so much for looking after us and being more affordable than other vets

I have been a long time customer to this store I buy my cats diabetic food from here and I had a agreement with this shop I buy 4 boxes of royal canin pouches in diabetic plus the 3.5kg bag and once I purchase them they are reordered for me to pick up every month without fail. Today they rang to inform me that MY ORDER had been given to online customers I’m so angry as it’s not food you can find easily I can’t believe they gave my order away they tried to apologise but I refuse to accept as I thought I was a good customer and that obviously counts for nothing these days I’m very upset this has happened!

It has everything you need for any kind of pet and the staff are so helpful and always sooooo happy.
Called asked to hold food for me said I was on my way said I would be there right before 6pm. Got there just before 6 and turned off lights while I was standing outside. Knocked on door but the 3 of the employees ignored me. Drove 30 minutes for nothing. Lost a customer.
Very very satisfied with the service of staff when i took our 5 month old Mochi with a beesting.

The vets are amazing and so nice. They make completely sure that your animal is taken care of and does their best to keep you up to date. Your animal would love the environment these vets and nurses bring.
Be aware of labeling on some of this stores products. I bought some dog biscuits which were signed at $12.49 I think, with a big sign saying 50% off.
Charged $13.97 at checkout and told 50%off only if you buy 2 packets (small print). The price difference was not addressed!
Overall not a pleasant experience at all.
We've been getting our mini schnauzer groomer here for about a year and are always happy. The vets there are also amazing!
Thank you to the asian male doctor who treated my rabbit Ebony with ear infection. She got healed in 3 days her horrible stuffed er cleared up in 3 days.
