Always very friendly and knowledgeable staff who make themselves available as often as possible. Great place to go was the dog too with a coin operated dog was with warm water and blow dryer; this is always clean and well maintained. And the pooch likes it coz the staff usually sneaks him a treat or two (after checking her doesn't have allergies of course).

Best pet store in Rham/Bald and I have tried them All. Well done team on your exceptional customer service.

Allowed to bring your pooch with u inside the store makes for a nice day out with your fur babies or nice to pop in while your out walking the dog and want to be able to have a look whats on sale by being able to take your pet in.

Today I had my 2 little Maltese Cross fur babies groomed at pet stock Baldivis
I am very picky with how they are groomed. I have tried several different places
and never been happy. Today the head groomer did it for me and I couldn't be happier
I'm definitely a regular now. Thankyou

Helpful friendly staff

Went to look at a water jacket for our AM staff cross English dog. Found it but not a comfortable fit for our boy. Excellent staff service considering the busy post Christmas period. Highly recommend this store for the staff who were there at the time of Thursday after 6pm

Very friendly staff, thanks to Ray and his great knowledge on my Eclectus parrot was able to assist me greatly with whats required for her special diet and toys needed. Hopefully he is there more often aa his knowledge and expertise is a value to customers like me.thanks Jacqueline Francis

Well stocked and reasonably priced pet store. The staff are always super friendly and happy to help, especially if you have your pet with you! Ray stands out as a particularly knowledable and helpful member of the team.

Do not get your dog groomed here.
I took my puppy in for a trim. Had disscussed that he just needed a scissor trim around the face. Would never had agreed to have my dog shaved.
They shaved his whole face and head. It was very uneven and very very very close to his skin. It looked ridiculous as the rest of him is still long.
I was disgusted and very upset.

Not impressed with the "dog bath" at all, an ancient piece of equipment. I normally go to Better pets and gardens in PK. Thought I would give Pet Stock a go. Never again to bath my girls, a very clumsy system, bath is too low, door is ridiculous and the hot and cold water are separate. Then the dryer, don't even want to talk about it. I will def.be going back to BP and G in PK.

Friendly and very helpful stuff but defiantly need to improve standard when it comes to grooming. Very untidy work and rushed resulting in a messy coat that looks unfinished. But can't fault them on customer service some of the best I have experienced

I have always loved shopping here, staff are fabulous - knowledgeable, attentive and friendly.
Unfortunately, despite often prompting by staff to use the grooming service, I have been attempting to book in at this store on and off since last October, and can never find a day or time I am available with my dogs: - (Very disappointing
