Grooming service is excellent. Been taking our big fluffy doggo, Ernie, here for over 4 years. They always do such an amazing job with him and he loves going. All the girls here are exceptional at what they do and always provide a professional and friendly service. Highly recommended!

Great place with awesome staff
Everytime we go there, always helpful and always happy and friendly. And we always come out with what we need.

My dog sat in a cage and pined for me, and I told them about his leg injured, when I picked my my dog up, he was glad to see me. And the lady said your dog leg is injured. And I asked for a full dog groom. He’s still hairy, won’t bring my dog there again.

My parents have been taking Kiki to Rachel at Petstock Baldivis for over a year now and is groomed perfectly every time. Kiki isn’t a fan of grooming but loves Rachel. Everyone is so nice and look after our baby so well. 10/10 recommend every time

My go-to for pet supplies. Love the staff here, and they are very knowledgeable. Have taken several puppies to puppy school here too - the puppy classes are good and very educational.

Extremely disappointed at the completed grooming of my dog in Petstock Baldivis.
Work very patchy, paws not done and overall would not go back.

Asked for summer clip when collecting her i said it was not what I had asked for, they took her back in, but in the end not upto expectations.

Counter staff extremely friendly but grooming not good, will go back to Rockingham branch.

For aquarist and fish keepers, Only stocks cheaper brands at high prices. For instance, an AquaOne filter sold there was almost double the price of online retailers. $68 dollars more than the non chain store near me. Bloodworm is 9 dollars where as smaller stores charge 6 dollars. Look smaller first, online after, unless you're desperate. The sales staff are friendly enough, but the stock are mixed, with brackish South American fish in the same tank with North African fish. Clearly not interested in the health and quality of life of the fish. Sells feeder fish such as Neon terms for 3 dollars each.

TL;DR: polite service, no knowledge of livestock, expensive peripherals.

The staff here are always SO helpful and just generally kind. You walk in and are greeted immediately in a way that makes you feel at home and not like they're about to hound you.
They always offer to carry my purchases to the car and they always stock the best products. I thoroughly enjoy visiting petstock Baldivis

Short summary: great staff, friendly, understanding and very very helpful

Long version: my partner and I got our foster dog on Friday, she was quite smelly so we took her for a bath. Due to past (severe) abuse she has anxiety issues and she was freaking out. The amazing staff offered sample treats and dog roll to try coax her into the bath area. After seeing how she reacted they also offered a towel as she wouldn’t cope with the blow dry (poor planning on our behalf). She also unfortunately peed in store twice, we of course offered to clean it up but they insisted it was okay. A cheap dog bath was relatively irrelevant to them and their business but yet all of the staff working went the extra mile to help us with our girl. Couldn’t be more impressed with their service, they clearly aren’t just there to make money but genuinely care about the animals who come through. Thankyou guys!

Honestly, don't bother looking anywhere else! Never had a bad experience last 2 years. Staff including Tam, Rachel and Savannah and the team at the main reception are always friendly, professional, and incredibly skilled. Huge respect for the hard work you guys put in everyday. Big thanks and warm regards as always‍️

Very friendly staff that are always willing to help. Love the loyalty program too! Only issue is a mixed experience with groomers but will still continue to use the service when our favourite groomer is working.

Disgusting, there is growing pile of garbage behind the store which must be attracting all sorts varmin and bugs. The carpet around the fish tanks are moldy where they have been consistently flooded. I felt dirty just walking into this store. Let alone buying somthing from here and feeding it to my dogs

Such beautiful staff, like pretty piles of sand. They helped my nan who has dementia get up after she had fallen over. She had hurt her back so they took her to the staff area and performed surgery. After she recovered Ed Sheeran came out of no where with his guitar and started singing and it was absolutely amazing. Never in my life have I felt like I could jump off of the biggest cliff in the world and survive but after visiting petstock I felt like anything was possible. As we were about to leave all of the fish tanks exploded and there were fish everywhere. However, the staff performed CPR on every single fish and saved their lives. Absolutely moving? 10/10 recommend.

These guys are always so helpful.
They bent over backwards to assist us in finding a harness for our two fur babies.
They tested our pond water for free and gave us expert advice.

Baldivis stores grooming team is superb.
My husky was cleaned, groomed and nails clipped for an awesome price. Also was able to get an appointment at a moments notice.

Dog had a wash and groom. Excellent service. Staff were lovely and so knowledgeable. Definitely recommend

My daughter and I went into the Baldivis store around 11.30am today Wednesday 28th October.
We choose a dog bed, puppy food and a dog tag,
When we walked to the checkout two members of staff were having a bit of an argument regarding a phone call the male employee had taken.
They didn’t stop as we stood there waiting for them to notice us or at least say something, they were very unprofessional in there manner.

The woman was called Peta, my daughter went to get a tag that needed printing and Peta just stood there watching us and not asking if we needed help with the machine.

Another younger girl helped and was very friendly and chatted to us regarding our purchases, telling us about her two dogs she has.

Overall I was very dissatisfied with Peta and how unprofessional her manner was, to not even acknowledge a customer was very rude.
