Was not happy with Pet Store, was interrogated about buying a Beta fish asking questions about ph levels etc, my previous Beta fish lived for 18 months to 2 years, I have had tropical fish for over ten years, I didn't appreciate a shop assistant telling me out of a book knowledge, didn't bother buying the fish it was too much like hard work, will go to Morley aquariums where I am better treated!

Came in to buy a winter coat for my dog who was visibly nervous. The two girls working there were wonderful and came over to help calm her down and gave us some treats to distract as we tried to find the right size.

Great selection, prices and service.

Staff are nice and helpful. Their prices seem a little cheaper then my regular pet suppler but their self dog wash costs money so all in all I’m better off sticking to my usual store that does not charge to wash my dog

Great range of items & good prices, particularly like the Bio John Pet Stock store as it also stocks products & feeds for horses. Friendly staff & atmosphere.
Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a store with a big range of products & knowledgeable staff.
I will continue to look forward shopping here.

On top of offering products I need they support the re-homing of otherwise abandoned or stray animals. Absolutely recommend this store over any others in the area. Great staff and huge range of products

Got my dog (long hair) trimmed by the groomer and came back beautiful. My dog is fair timid around strangers and stresses out alot when she isn't around a familiar face but she was well behaved so credit to the groomer. Great prices

Staff are always willing to help (even when you come in 5 minutes before closing). Prices are pretty close to some internet stores.

Pricey and always a bit dreary in terms of customer service. I was offered a reward scheme card on a purchase of over $250 which offered a measely 5% discount. They wouldn't discount the 5%. They said I would need to subscribe (email the owner) before any issues were made. It feels petty for a $12.50c discount.on a $250 purchase. I'll be shopping elsewhere. Not the only place in town. Staff member was ok.

Great selection of treats, toys, accessories and garments for all sorts of pets. They also offer quality dog grooming at reasonable prices.

Big shout-out to Sandra who went above & beyond to organise a delivery for me, on short notice. So incredibly helpful. I'm based in Brisbane, and was trying to organise an inner city delivery for 1 bale of hay to be used as a prop. Just incredible service - 10 Stars if I could!

Lots of variety from fish, to small animals, cats and dogs, and a large horse section. Pet friendly, with a dog wash station outside.

Friendly staff and pretty good prices. Generally you can get better prices online but this is the best place for somewhere you can visit, browse, and the staff are very friendly. My dog would prefer to visit here because she always gets some treats at the counter! Also have a dog wash but i haven't used it although it looks popular. Always get the ziwi treats here for dog training.

Service with a smile and helping hand. Couldn't find a product but was in the store just not on shelves yet - quite happily went out and found two for me. I also found dog rugs on sale hip hip hoorah nice warm doggy. Thank You

Best petstock ive been to with a great range including a huge range for horses from rugs to feed bins and riding wear etc and also a really good range for other pets even found the mice feed our mice prefer. Staff were friendly and helpful and i love the rescue cats in store looking for homes! They are not just sold to anyone and they are not stuck in store for long periods which means they care about the cat more than the sale.

Staff are Friendly and not pushy. Let me have a good look around. No pressure. I signed up for their club specials. They did a special order for me. I still haven't been advised if it's in yet? That's poor service.over a month now!

Great dog wash facility. The dog groomer however needs reviewing. Not a nice attitude and wouldn’t trust her with my dogs again.
