Good range of supplies, including live fish and aquarium setups. Between Bio John and Petbarn we have two great local stores that are like the Bunnings of pet supplies.

Helpful advice and friendly, thorough service every single visit for 2 years now. Sales are great and regular, points system really worth joining. I walk away after every purchase thinking about how good the service is. It’s like being in a country town. Definitely recommend this store to anyone with a pet.

The most helpful staff I’ve encountered! So knowledgeable and have helped me feed and care for my dogs, horses and fish. Travel further than I need to just to come to this store. Thanks guys!

Prices are reasonable and they even help take things to your car. Great team who enjoy what they do.

PETstock is one stop shop for all my pups needs, not only a convenient shop but knowledgeable customer service skills despite which branch I go to, their prices are simply exceptional, I often ask for special priced items, or a rough estimate on when they going on special.

Took my dog to have a full groom and bath.
When I collected her from the groomer they claimed they had done there best with her feet because she kept biting them I found it quite bazaar as she is not a dog that bits on looking at her paws I discovered that they had cut one of her nails too short and made it bleed no wonder she was biting
Will not be taking her back again if you do something like that at least admit it don’t blame the dog

Went there for grooming. Pretty standard and straight forward. They will give you treat after for the dog. Cool place

We visited a few sections here and found the girl at the fish side was very helpful and friendly. On the horse equipment side, my daughter was looking for a particular item and another girl gave really good points of view. This was our second visit and will definitely be back again soon. Thanks team!

Called for advice on concussed dove squab, gave very good advice and manager even offered to drop off the bird to wildlife hospital on their way home if I dropped it at the shop!

We took it to Kanyana Wildlife rehab and the bird is doing fine, will collect birdie to release from home in days

Very discouraging talk and it was more about money talk that we won’t be able to spend rather than saying okay buy this this and you are good to go
More she was saying don’t buy fish
Buy dog or cat.
We know that when we went there we have to get lots of things done for petting fish but all that started was don’t buy.

I always find PETstock to be over priced for their products that you can get from other places, for less.

I love it at Petstock Belmont! Always such friendly service and a great range if it be for my cat or puppy. I've been elsewhere and recieved such terrible service so I now won't go anywhere else!

Staff was friendly and had the patience to help us out with supplies for our puppy. As a first time dog owner, I'm really grateful for all the help from the staff.

I called the shop couple days ago confirming whether they'll price match some cat treats and was told they do as long I show the cost from the website. I went to the store, showed them the cost from Petcircle then was told by a staff member Rambi (who seemed nice) they'll have to charge me postage. This was a surprise considering its called a product match, not service match. Postage is a service. It would be great if they can train their staff their internal process. If I had known they charge postage on product price match I would not have gone to the store. Unfortunately this experience have left me with a decision to rather buy it through an online store for less. This is not good business sense from Petstock.
