Lonely people that work here, the older guy who has turtles is full of information. He was able to help me work out if mine is a male or female. He didn't rush me off like others do he was willing to listen and answer any questions I had. Also the crickets were fresh and full containers unlike other places. Great place to buy from. My frogs loved their food thank you

Pet city is amazing for all creature big and little, fury or slimy or even for the out there creatures for the more adventurous.never have let me down in any area take my dogs there for there bath every month, get my furry friend foods from there, got my fish and their essentials, also was after a automatic fish feeder and they gladly ordered me one in and recieved with in a week of ordering. I can not faul pet city in service frienliness and stock cleanliness knowledge etc.and now we have inherited a frog so of course pet city was there for us with the live crickets to feed our Kermit the frog

Lovely, friendly staff. Free dog wash facilities, I've never had to queue. No schmakos anymore though.

Got a couple of cool pads for my German Shepherd's and treats. Great price as a member and they lay on them all the time. Very tempting to wander around, it's the man's bunnings for pets.

Went in there to look and price some equipment for a reptile enclosure, and was very impressed by the staff members attitude and knowledge aswell as the time she took to explain a few things, even though I wasn't buying on that day.
Will be using this store in the future for my reptiles needs as it had all the bits and pieces needed for a healthy pet.

Huge range of products and even a few unusual pets to be seen.

My only complaint is with the staff's knowledge of flea and tick treatment that can be used when your pet is on the heartworm vaccination.

Went in for a new fish tank for our Son, the team could not be more helpful and have great knowledge and experience

Had what I needed. Staff quick to counter to serve. Neat. Clean. Plenty of stock & variety.

Very helpful and took the time to go through all the varieties of food that would best suit our small Dogs' diets.

The 'fish guy' is very knowledgeable and so I specifically seek him out when I visit the store with fish related questions. He's very helpful. The store has good choice and selection.

Great service by the 3 ladies on this afternoon. Was in & out pretty quick, just wanted fish food & a few Snails. Will have a good browse next time.

The control of the pandemic is beyond reproach. The kindness and generosity of the staff is unmatched. The choice of stock is amazing. Adoptions have stopped for obvious reasons, fish stock is limited, but we know why. Can't fault them.

Great store, staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Really enjoy going in there. The birds and reptiles always seem happy and in good health.

Bough our dog some spray to keep the flies? Away, ended up costing us $56 so very pricey in my opinion. It keeps most at bay!

Great service, staff where so helpful and let us try on a variety harness' and leads until we found the right one. The staff member who helped us was professional and informative when advising on the most suitable harness and head for our dog. He even gave her a free treat after:)

I have bought many fish from here before. They are all well looked after and the staff are nice and are always helpful.
