Really really good got the flea and worm treatments are needed for my cats same as the vet but cheaper ️

It is fairly big with a good range of products, very friendly staff (except for one staff member who was rude, but that's it). Overall as good as any other pet city

Went there to buy some food and water bowls and a play toy for my cat. All came to 22 bucks was expecting to spend 30. Only one dude behind the counter - it was a Monday morning. He was very helpful and friendly. I will be back for sure.

It has expanded and carries more stock now than ever.store personnel ever so friendly and helpful.

The girl in charge today in replace of the normal manager may need to start looking at a different career. Absolutely appalling attitude towards her customers.

Great, attentive staff who generally remember who you are. They are friendly and knowledgeable, and if they don't know something well enough they direct you to their information packets.
A great selection of fish and birds for a small store, and they're always on top of restocking. I've been here many times, and will come here many more.

The staff are really helpful, and they have the quiet crickets! If you've ever bought them from city farmers, you'll know what I mean.

Always good service, staff are friendly, but some of the prices of medicated products are absolutely absurd. Medicated shampoo was almost half price at my vet for same product and size.

What a cool pet shop this is. It has almost everything you could want. They have fishes, they have snakes, they have birds and they even had some rabbits, I called one Rodger and I really wanted to take him home but I know my dog would not like him. Big selection of pet foods and super friendly staff to help you. Thanks see you again soon

Good variety of product. There's poor signage of where pets are sourced from which makes me question welfare.

The store is pretty small but still contains a wide variety of products. Staff are friendly all the time.

Have been here a couple of times to get things for the aquarium. Goldfish food, a thermometer, air pumps, filters

Always clean and presentable. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable about most of the animals and reptiles.

First time going here I bought a baby mouse, by the time I got home I realised he had mites. He scratched all of he fur off his back legs and from behind his ears, when I called to tell the staff about it they just said they'd check the other mice. No advice on how to get rid of the mites or how to help my mouse. I'm just glad he's okay now, no thanks to them.

The staff are all so friendly and helpful every time l go in. It makes shopping here a pleasure which is really nice. Well done and thanks:).
