Pet City Morley

Pet City is a whimsical haven, a playground of furry dreams and delightful companions. The staff's demeanor radiates warmth, as if they have a secret language with every wagging tail and gentle purr. The sweet scent of freshly bathed puppies and cozy pet bedding will forever reside in my heart. I eagerly anticipate my next visit, where I can once again be immersed in a world of boundless joy, playful antics, and the unconditional love that only our furry friends can offer.

A lot of caged birds. Disgusting this still happens and so sad to see them. Ended up leaving the shop and not buying anything.

Very disappointed after a recent trip to the store. I gave 5 star review a year ago and this time unfortunately not. The store needs to check and attend to all the animals firstly before the customers. The hermit crab tanks are insufficiently setup with no heat or light. There was 3 dead crabs which we had to point out to staff. I do love this store it is generally a very good store. This was very disappointing to see and I'm not sure if I will be a returning customer now.

The piano man (Gerard D'Souza) who is constantly leaving bad reviews about this shop was caught inappropriately touching himself, watching the female staff members catch fish from the top tanks. He has been spoken to about this from other companies.

It was great had a good look around good variety of toys and things for our pets and helpful staff

Polite bubbly knowledgeable staff, clean shop.nothing spectacular but everything you need in regards to the basics of fish keeping, bird keeping and common home pets!
Ask questions.these people love animals and and have answers!

(They have a range of tropical, cold water fish and birds in-store. TBH i didn't look on the other side of the store)

Great as far as buying expensive dog biscuits, however they are about the cheapest, easy store to get around. Fish (for the tank, not the plate) is an excellent set up, lots of accessories.
Easy parking if your carrying a bloody heavy bag of biscuits.
Shall return.

I bought a Guinea pig from this store but the staff were not helpful and were rude. In my several trips to the store Staff are busy chatting to themselves and do not bother to explain any queries regarding pet food. The customer service is getting worst every visits.

Great service and good range of essential pet supplies and pets include cute rabbits, goldfish, white cloud minnows and more pond and tropical fish, highly recommend

Bad management the manager is rude, staff are unhelpful too busy chatting to each other rather than serving customers, limited amount of fish and food products. Very expensive price wise.
Just don't shop there. Aquarium stores are much better and reliable.

These guys are awesome they give you discounts and you can put your "Pet City tag" on your key ring I love it, it's a bummer they're not closer to where I live.

This is a very good place This is where we got almost all of a fish from And were planning to get 2 betta fish from here.and at the front Desk have tarantula Which is cool. The best pet shop Should go to it.

The staff were so friendly and helpful to me. You can also tell they really care about their animals!

Keeping fish in tiny bowls at the front counter normalises animal abuse. I was very disappointed especially as this makes people think it's okay to keep fish with out filters in tiny spaces.

Great little store. I check out alot of the pet stores and this one was very clean smealt nice and the staff were helpful and friendly. They seem to have a great range of pets to choose from. With spiders stick insects to mice fish and birds. Well done pet city and to your staff. Had to pick out another beautiful fish while I was stocking up on pet food.

Friendly knowable staff, lots of different varieties of stock to choose from for your fur, feather and scales babies

To all rabbit and guineapig owners - DO NOT get hay from here. The morley branch has sold me and my dad moldy hay many times and the owner was very very rude when told about it and said only that batch must have been moldy.but shouldn't ALL bales me mold free and safe to consume? My rabbit passed away after eating it because my dad didnt know there was mold and shortly after my guineapig also passed away from respiratory issues which were most likely from the mold spores. My other guineapig is on medications now for his breathing issues aswell.

Also, acouple years ago i went into morley branch and saw all the baby rats had red mucous coming out of their noses (means they are very ill) and the girl who worked there was clueless. This shows their lack of attentiveness to the wellbeing of the pets being kept there.

Helpful staff! *hugs* thanks heaps for the bunny supplies! I needed a few things short notice! Very happy. I was able to get some tops for my bubba! Thank you again for looking out for my adopted fury friend!

Great staff, I brought my 7month old great Dane in who is a little shy and they helped me a d made her feel safe in the store and comfortable to try on the harness and things I needed to buy. I cannot recommend them more they have always been caring and so very helpful with everything I've needed.

The friendly atmosphere and the experienced staff is always a good thing for the people who have no idea where to begin
