Perth Marriage Office

We had our wedding on 27th august, 2021. Our parents are back home so we wanted to have a very simple and very intimate wedding. Our celebrant Lisa was lovely. It was quick and such a wonderful experience.

Beautiful venue, friendly and responsive staff. Nice neutral decor - very happy we chose the Perth Marriage Office for our small wedding - we used The Gallery room and had about 60 seated and standing (chairs for 30). Recommended for an easy civil ceremony, with or without your own celebrant - ideal for seasons where the weather can be changeable.

I chose this venue as I loved the floral decor and seating in the bigger room. We hired that room even though our guest numbers would have fit the smallest room.

I did find it highly unprofessional that we were made to wait 20 minutes past booking time, to be allowed in as the previous group went well over time and made a mess which needed cleaning. We also felt pressured to leave quickly despite the late start. As we had booked a photographer for the same time period, this made me very nervous we would lose our photo times.

So, of the hour booking time we paid for we had less than 40 minutes in the room.

Other than that, everything else was great. It is a gorgeous setting that makes even a simple, low key wedding feel special.

We got married the Saturday after the lockdown. The office called us immediately after the announcement to let us know we could continue with our appointment. Karlee our celebrant was absolutely fantastic and it made it an even more amazing day

My husband and I got married recently. Margarete, our celebrant, made our simple wedding memorable. It was straightforward yet lovely. She was kind and helpful and hospitable to our 2 guest witnesses. We highly recommend PMO for a small and quiet wedding. The wedding venue, Old Tower House, is beautifully situated across a quaint, manicured park where we took some pre wedding photos.

My husband and I had a wedding on the weekend, Saturday the 20th March 2021 and we had such a wonderful experience and my family really enjoyed it, we were impressed with the venue and the rooms were beautiful. Our celebrant was so lovely and sweet. So overall I recommend this for anyone looking for a quick and lovely wedding ceremony.

We booked the sitting room for 10 guests. It was the perfect ceremony; intimate and fun. Thank you to Stephen for making it light hearted and tailoring the experience to us. The venue is gorgeous.

Well, we were booked in (and confirmed) to get married there this afternoon, but when we arrived everything was locked up and there was nobody there.nobody responded to our many panicked phone calls and we did not end up getting married there this afternoon.basically ruined our wedding day

Beautiful location. Andrew was our celebrant and he was very accommodating, allowing us to take our time with photos to even though it was home time for him! Organising the ceremony was also easy.

It was a fantastic wedding even during COVID-19, we had a most unforgettable one. They managed the time well and pretty helpful on all the documents.

Superb. Nikita Campbell was our celebrant. Really good, friendly and warm service. Highly recommended.

Unhappy with their refund policy. Firstly, they are so difficult to reach (called on their phone line and live chats but no response) and secondly, my partner and I had a change of situation because of which we had to move the wedding which is to take place in a month’s time to a different place. But they could not give us any refund at all. So please be completely sure before booking the venue here.

We got married at the Maple and Rose House. It was so lovely, our celebrant was funny, helpful and the venue was intimate and beautiful. Highly recommend!
