I want to thank Perth Digital and especially Tai for fixing my TV at my place, Tai was friendly, understanding, easy to talk to and went out of his way to help repair my TV on a sunday (his day off) all so that i could watch tv sunday evening. He is a hard worker and he knows his stuff.

The service was prompt and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Both our Yamaha desk top audio systems had the same problem and it was rectified within five days as they had to get the parts and there was a public holiday that week.

Very happy with the service I received from Perth Digital when I took my NAD CD player in for repair. Was ready for pick up in the time frame advised and works perfectly

Ty is a consummate professional who is only too eager to assist - and importantly he knows his craft.
Personally, I used to deal in high-end and mainstream audio back in my home town of Melbourne many years ago so I understand a thing or two.
I can genuinely say that Ty is a cut above the rest who acts with integrity and professionalism along with an affectionate smile, hence I have been associated with Perth Digital for my electronic issues for over 3 years and would not visit any other repair shop in the Perth Region.

During the Christmas New Year break, I had a problem with the output clarity of my Bose Wave CD player - at least 20 yeras old, and rang Perth Digital "on spec". It became clear there was no economic scope for PD, but the gentleman with whom I spoke did not regard that as a reason not to discuss the issue.

The direct outcome was that I applied a portable vacuum cleaner to the Laser and surrounding area. I then played a CD with distinct responsiveness to clear reproduction: genuine Romanian Gipsy music.

I got an enormous shock - back to earlier memories. Many thanks.

Firstly I wasn't told about the $120 assessment fee when I rang. Then the guy behind the counter can't give me any rough estimate on the cost of a replacement screen to see if this assessment fee will even be worth it. Thirdly he tries to put the payment through twice, getting a connection error and finally the boss was able to put it through

I handed in my Yamaha Amplifier for repair still under warranty on Monday. Perth Digital provided excellent communication and updates with the progress. And the problem was fixed by Wednesday - WOW!

I had a computer glitch this morning. I took it to Perth Digital and they were able to fix it at the counter no charge. Totally recommend them. Alexi helped me this morning.

3 working days before Christmas and my Evakool 60L 12v lead was faulty.
Ty fixed it in less than 20 minutes whilst I waited, it saved what could have been a ruined camping trip. Now that's great service for you, cheers,

I had our Epson home office printer repaired under warranty. All communication was professional and kept us up-to-date with the progress. The location was convenient for us to drop off and collect. The repair was completed sooner than expected which was greatly appreciated because we work from home. The printer is working better than ever.

Thai have visited us and was very professional in resolving the repair of our projector and the home theater unit

My job was a VHS/DVD recorder that had stopped reading discs and was erratic with VHS playback.
The quote for repair was a bit confronting, but I went ahead because they just don’t make these machines anymore.
After repair I was disappointed to find that the VHS still had no sound and the DVD would not read DVD -R. Somewhat dreading the potential dispute arising over further cost to fix, I was delighted when Lynn was quite clear that they would fix up all issues at no further cost. It took a few weeks but now the unit is good as new.
Not cheap, but refreshing to find a business that keeps its promises so sincerely

My experience is.lousy service and poor technical skills. They lost my hardware documentation, months later, after I had heard nothing (like 3 months) I rang them, and they “found it”, repaired it.that day? The device was worse after the repair, and they did not replace the caps. Took it to another company who pointed that out, the caps had corrosion on them, and you could see it when you opened up the amp! I have no faith with them after this experience, sorry but don’t bother my experience, waste of time and money, unprofessional.

Repaired my 20+ yr old Sony AV unit. Quick assessment and quote for repairs Job done speedily and back to me in less that a week. Will definitely yse again.

Great service! Set up a service online, took in my printer and they fixed it on the spot, on warranty, while I had a cup of coffee - can't do better than that!

I had many treasured memories on VHS tapes when my machine started to chew the tapes. I contacted Perth Digital and they looked at my machine gave me a reasonable quote and repaired my machine giving me the chance to save my memories. Highly recommended.

One of the front channels wigged out on my 10yo Marantz receiver which only handles 7.1ch audio duties these days. The equivalent replacement 125W/ch Marantz receiver is over $5K, so I was very happy when Perth Digital sourced the part and repaired the issue for a fraction of replacement and in less than a month. My receiver sounds as sweet as ever and Lyn and Thai at Perth Digital were both polite and professional and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

I brought my Beats Studio headphones here and within a couple days they got back to me. Telling me that I only need a a new headband and within a week it was all repaired a fixed.
