I presented Thai with a problem I was hoping could possibly be fixed. My year 2000 Denon 5 disc CD Player tray was ejecting and returning incorrectly. Thai eventually discovered the problem, but unfortunately the problem could not be solved due to the age of the CD Player. The positive I take from this experience is that Thai's patience and expertise was exemplary at every hurdle that was placed in front of him.

I took a pair of noise cancelling headphones for repair urgently as I needed them for a long-haul flight. They promised a two-week turnaround and when I called to inquire, they stated that they were awaiting a part from the eastern states.
I ended up getting the headphones six weeks later as they kept telling me that they were awaiting the part. On collecting the headphones, I did my due diligence and tested if they were working, and the issue was still there.
I flagged it with the front office person who then called the technician over to get a diagnosis. He proceeded to hand me an alternate aux cable and lo and behold, my headphones were working again!
An aux cord for the princely sum of $120 and a six week wait!
Their terms and conditions cover them for a minimum fee irrespective of the complexity of the job. My angst with them is the 6 weeks wait for something they could have fixed within 5 minutes, however prolonged the whole thing in a bid to make it appear more complex than it really was.
Very deceitful practices and I would urge caution from anybody hoping to use Perth Digital.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Ty - Perth Digital, he was very helpful in setting up my new TCL television which was a replacement on behalf of TCL. Perth Digital kept me informed on when it was going to be delivered. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for the great service.

I can see why most users give Ty a high rating. I had problems with a TV set top box. Ty came after closing hours and fixed the problem. He was delightful and pricing was reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending him highly especially if you live in Subiaco!

We were referred to Perth Digital as our Ffalcon tv was out of warranty. Everything went as expected with good communication and our tv is fine again now. Thanks to Thai and the team.

Couldn't have been quicker, friendlier and funnier! Convinced me (using humour) to fix the resolution issues of my TV by doing the same thing another repairer had done without success. The repair man who attended couldn't have left me feeling more upbeat.and that was before finding out the repair had worked! Never been left happier with a warranty repair.

I contacted Perth Digital on the recommendation of the Epson Help desk. My printer was repaired in 3 working days for just the up front assessment fee.
I was kept fully informed by email and was given contact details if I needed an update on progress. I have no hesitation on recommending them for their efficiency and pricing.

Not under warranty repair to a JBL Sound Bar Sub-Woofer was completed in a professional and timely manner.

Amazing audio professional. Tried another service person agent first who was unprofessional and incompetent and couldn't fix the issue and cost me time and money. These guys however diagnosed within 2min and fixed within 3 weeks even with having to order parts. I won't go anywhere else from now on.

These guys were fantastic during my warranty claim with TCL. Kept me updated when TCL didn't and were very helpful. After coming out numerous times to try to rectify the issues (no fault of theirs that this hapoened numerous times), they pushed for a replacement TV on my behalf and were successful. When the new TV arrived Thai took the old one off the wall bracket and installed it straight onto the new tv and helped get it back on the wall mount.

So when my TV died, I called TCL support and since it was under warranty, they referred me to Perth Digital. The first time I called Perth Digital, I spoke to a lady called Lyn, she was amazing and very personable. She asked me a couple of questions about what the issue was with the TV to which I responded. She did tell me that they were waiting for the spare part and once in, they would let me know. When the spare part arrived, Thai sent me an email letting me know that he was coming to my house the next. When he came home, he was amazing too. I highly recommend Perth Digital.

First time user to this repair company with my Epson printer. It had an "end of ink pad service life". They told me it would be 1 hour to service and replace the parts, all for $120, ok it was closer to 2 hours, but I was not charged over the initial 1 hour stated.

Thai was awesome. He was just there to do a warranty drop off but help me get the old tv off the wall and the new one up and reconnect.

I would like to thank Perth Digital and especially Thai for fixing my TV at my place, Thai was patient, understanding, easy to talk to and went out of his way to help repair my TV in the early evening, he had to come back a second time the next day to finish the repair because of an issue with type of glue used to re-glue the LCD reflectors back on to the TV panel and all in all, things worked out really good and I am very happy with the result and Thai has saved me from needing to buy a new TV.:)
