Perth CPAP

My recent purchase of a ResMed Vpap through Perth CPAP was a pleasant experience inclusive of advice on the best model for me and at a great discount price.

Christen was the staff member we saw and he was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable about the product we wanted to purchase, friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Showed us how to use the equipment as well. A great guy. We would have no hesitation in recommending him. As we live in Albany he also set up the machine so he could check it remotely if required. If we need anything further we will be going through Christen at the Ardross address.

Had a very detailed consultation with Adam regarding a purchasing a new apap machine. As usual first class service. Having previously bought a philips respironics apap machine back in 2012 with no issues with this machine at all apart from getting a bit worn through wear and tear. Wanted to purchase the new Philips Dreamstation Apap. Nothing was too much trouble for Adam. Very informative, went though and explained everything I needed to know regarding the machine, set it up using my previous machine settings. Then set me up with a new mask, fitted it to my face for comfort and that was included in the price of the machine. I compared prices before I bought this machine and they on average were around $1000 cheaper. If you have Sleep Apnea then Perth Cpap are the best around

I needed a CPAP mask urgently. Managed to get a comfortable mask that fitted well almost straight away after ringing. Great range friendly service. Very helpful.

I bought (from the web site) a F&P Opus Nasal Pillow Mask. Upon trying this mask, I soon found out that something was wrong the wind was escaping from the joint and blew straight into my eyelids when trying to sleep. Not a good feeling. So I sent the mask back and received another two try. Low and behold, exactly the same thing happened. So after speaking to the complaints department about the product, they weren't willing to exchange it for something that would work for me, regardless of the small print at the bottom of the invoice. So I am $245 out of pocket, the company has profited at my expense. At the end of it all the web site does not indicate there is a try-before-you-buy system in place and I was certainly not made aware that there was one. In my view this is not a fair trading practice and was poorly managed by the company. I have since bought a full face mask from another supplier who was straight up with me with all the legalities etc. ENJOY MY GIFT OF $245 PERTH CPAP, I hope you are happy. Merry Christmas.

I went in to buy a mask and investigate machines. Jennifer was awesome, really helpful and knowledgable.

Perth CPAP offers cut-price machines and a full range of accessories. I walked in off the street to buy a mask and was treated by everyone like I was a long time customer. All my future CPAP needs will be sourced from here.

Poppy is very helpful, but forget about any assistance from Adam, he does not respond to queries or emails. Luckily there are other CPAP outlets in Australia that are responsive and do provide good service.
