Visited the Ardross centre today to get a new mask, and was greatly assisted by Amy who set up my new mask, explained all I wanted to know, and it was a pleasure to know that good customer service is alive and well. I only wish I had bought my Cpap machine from this place rather than the Hospital.

More interested in producing an invoice then actually serving the needs of a customer. You're beholden to the customer not the other way round drop your bureaucratic nonsense or lose more customers.don't waste your time here buy online instead, you'll get what you expect.

Great professional service. Gess went above and beyond to make sure my mask problems were sorted out. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I cannot recommend Perth CPAP highly enough.

Very competitive pricing and I had a helpful consultant who made sure to explain everything to me in detail.

Absolute rip-off merchants. Quoted me $50 to do an adjustment to the humidity setting on my Philips Dream Station machine (got the details from You Tube) for free. Then today wanted a replacement strap for my mask and they wanted $68 (got it for $24 off eBay). Corporate cowboys - stay clear of them!

Do your research and ask for a home trial for confirmation. There is nothing worse than ending up with a product that doesn’t fit in work correctly.

I attended this store as I was finishing a job close by and I needed a replacement mask (Resmed F30). When I enquired about trying on a Phillips mask I was told “Phillips don’t give us masks for customers to try on”. Are you serious? How can I decide whether to change masks if you won’t let me try one on? I left and went to a competitor store and was immediately given the mask to try on. Overall a very bad experience. I do NOT recommend this place.

Spoken to a number of other consultants at different companies, Christian is by far the best experience. He actually listened to what I needed rather than just giving me the spiel for every item which is I had encountered previously. Definitely recommend going to see Christian at Yokine, made life so much easier and simpler!

Best prices and great service. I've been in a few times and Christian at Yokine has been amazing. Nothing is too much trouble, he's very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help. Extremely professional and such a nice guy. Will definitely be back.
