GREAT JOB) I had been living with migraines for pretty much all my life before coming to PBC. Now after a couple of months of Neurofeedback and Biofeedback they have almost completely stopped. I haven't missed a day of work now for over 4 weeks and I have been out with friends every weekend - I could never manage these things before. After wasting years trying one drug after another, and spending $10k+ on useless therapes, I finally have a life! Thank you PBC)

My daughter is finally happy and back at school after a LONG 3 YEAR JOURNEY. Our 13 year daughter first started getting migraines just after her 10th birthday and the problem quickly grew until she was getting at least 1 or 2 headaches every week within a few months. The pain, sensitivity to light and vomiting were so bad that she could barely make it to school most days and even on days with no actual migraine she had a bad headache and felt sick most of the time. Aside from a family history of migraines and a small hit to her head when she tripped and fell a few years earlier nobody had any idea what was going on. Needless to say we had seen a Neurologist and lots of physios etc and everything was a dead-end. Countless pills just left her drugged-up and foggy all the time. It was killing us as parents seeing our beautiful daughter suffer so much with nothing we could do to help. There seemed no light at the end of teh tunnel. Then an aunt of mind recommended PBC) She told me that her friend had done a scan and some brain-training and it had cured her lifetime of headaches and migraines - It sounded too good to be true! WOW! Daniel and Karen have built an amazing caring team of people who clearly all work very hard to do their best by every patient they see. The clinics are really busy (which is a good sign) and it just feels that you are in the "right place". My daughter had a QEEG scan and Daniel clearly explained what the problem was (under-activity on one side of our daughter's brain - a common finding apparently with migraines and vomiting) and also explained the options to us. He was very clear not to make any promises but said that they had helped lots of people like our daughter usually with good results. We were all really happy to give it a go and saw we started with Neurofeedback brain-training to reduce the slow brain activity. We started to see results after about 8 sessions with our daughter generally looking brighter and feeling less sick and headachey. We have now completed just over 3 months of treatment and she has not had a headache in over 4 weeks and has her appetite back and has not missed a day of school in the past month! WE ARE SO GRATEFUL. Our GP has said she is really impressed too and asked us to take her some brochures!

REALLY IMPRESSIVE. Our 10 year old son has Autism and we have been doing Neurofeedback brain-training at PBC for just under 3 months. After years of other therapies and little change we have seen good improvements in his self-regulation and attention with his brain-training at PBC. It's no "magic pill" but the progress we have seen has been impressive and we plan to continue. Daniel and Karen have built a great team of hard-working and caring professionals and deserve credit for what they have achieved. We have already recommended 3 others families, all of whom are seeing results. Thank you PBC.

An amazing and life-changing experience. Daniel and Karen have built a wonderful team of genuinely caring professionals delivering life-changing results. I suffered with daily anxiety and night-time panic attacks for years before plucking up the courage to coming to PBC. I wasted more than 6 years with counselling and psychology and had seen 2 psychiatrists who just kept trying to push different drugs on me, none of which worked. It was my GP that actually recommended me to PBC - Apparently she had heard of several of her patients getting good results and said that I had nothing to lose. Within just a few sessions of neurofeedback I could tell the difference, and now after almost 2 months I feel WONDERFUL - Totally cured of my anxiety and panic. Thank you. I have already recommended PBC to 3 of my friends!

I am forever grateful. My 7 year old child had a number of concerns including learning difficulties. A scan at Perth Brain Centre identified areas to work on. After a few Neurofeedback sessions we saw an improvement. After completion of his full training the difference was significant. Thank you Daniel and team. Both my children had a diagnosis of ADHD and I asked our paediatrician about Neurofeedback at The Brain Centre after trying a number of different medications which hadn't worked, and he was not very complementary. In fact I thought what he said was very unprofessional. Several of our friends had already been to PBC (one of whom upon the recommendation of their GP) and seen great results. I thought what have we got to lose? Our paediatrician had nothing more to offer other than more cocktails of different drugs. NO THANKS. Short story - Had brain scans, met with Daniel who took his time to explain everything, both children have done 20 sessions of Neurofeedback and the results are brilliant. Life at home is SO DIFFERENT. Teachers are impressed - Both children have had Merit Certificates (this has NEVER happened before). This should be mainstream treatment and should be recommended by paediatricians before pushing drugs onto children and their families. Daniel was very open and did explain that Neurofeedback doesn't work all the time for everyone, but it does seem to work for most people most of the time. Give it a go!

Our 8 year old daughter had been experiencing severe anxiety for nearly 2 years before we got to PBC. 3 different psychologists didn't help at all, and we refused to medicate having seen the disaster this had on our friend's son. The whole team at PBC are so caring and wonderful, I cannot praise them enough. A daughter has finished a course of neurofeedback re-training her brain and she is HAPPY! She is now sleeping through, back at school every day and SMILING. Amazing, brilliant. Thank you everyone)

I wish we had known about PBC and that it had been an option to consider from the offset. We would have saved $$$$'s and a lot of years of worry. After one scan we found out the route of his problems. Unbelievable! It was such a relief after spending years being referred to numerous appointments, and doctors having got nowhere slowly.
For the last couple of years, teachers have had concerns about ours son's focus and attention (CAPD/ADD was suspected). All these appointments have taken its toll on him, to the point where he kept saying 'Is there something wrong with me? Am I a bad boy? '. It broke our hearts.
By chance I bumped into a friend who mentioned PBC and neurofeedback. We decided to check it out.
WOW! PBC has the most caring, calm and friendly staff, immediately putting us at ease. Everything was explained to us and options given about the different routes we could take from the results of his brain scan. It turned out he has high anxiety. We chose to do the Neurofeedback. From our son's very first session he has continually slept through the night (first time in 7 years!) and after only x10 sessions we have seen a huge improvement with his attitude, his sleeping, anxiety and his attention. There is less shouting at home and his reading is outstanding. This has all given him a boost of confidence for the first time in a long time and he's smiling and laughing so much more. We will be continuing for another x10 sessions to ensure the training is embedded and see further gains.
Once my son is finished, we are sending the rest of the family.

Deceptively simple treatment that achieves substantial gains. Over the course of 20 sessions, a child in our family on the ASD spectrum has seen real and lasting change primarily in terms of Theory of Mind, and definite improvements with memory, attention and anxiety. I firmly believe this treatment should be available on the NDIS. My child begs to do more 'brain training' because the changes are so noticeable to him.

The staff are also outstanding. I wish there was a clinic in the Eastern suburbs as I can see the rest of the family taking turns at the Brain Centre in the year to come - it is so clear how beneficial this treatment would be for everyone.

After suffering a severe concussion 12 years ago i was never really the same. After completing my nuero feedback training i can defiantly say that i am new man because of it. Thank you to the team.

PBC is LIFE-CHANGING! 16 years of depression reversed in 6 weeks. I am VERY IMPRESSED. After spending more than a decade moving from one psychiatrist to another, trialling countless different drugs and hours and hours and hours of talking with psychologists nothing had worked and I have totally given up. The lady at the post-office told me about The Perth Brain Centre - she told me she had taken her son to come for ADHD and it had worked brilliantly. I met with Daniel after having done my scan and he showed me that the front left part of my brain was running slow and he suggested brain-stimulation treatment. Within a week I could tell the difference and now having finished the intensive stage of treatment my friends and family can't believe the difference. THANK YOU.

Thank you all. I am so grateful for your help PBC. I had been trying to cope with a range of mental health problems for years and had a mix of diagnoses including anxiety, depression and PTSD. Nothing I tried had worked including all the usual talking therapies and drugs. In fact I was getting worse. I had been recommended to PBC more than a year ago, but my GP and (now ex-) psychologist told me I would be wasting my time and money. I should have ignored them and gone with my gut feelings but I didn't and continued to suffer for the next year. I finally booked in, had a scan and met with Daniel for my results. Brilliant. He explained things very clearly and I have recently finished just over 6 weeks of neurofeedback and feel SO MUCH BETTER. I can think clearly, feel my mood is stable, have been able to smile and laugh again, and I haven;t slept this well since I was a baby! These guys are FANTASTIC and would highly recommend them to everyone. Even my GP seems to have changed his mind now!

Our 8 year old son with Autism has been coming to PBC for neurofeedback for the past 2 months and we have definitely seen some good improvements. He is SO much more settled, sleeps better, can just "deal with life" so much easier and is overall seems much happier in himself. In fact the whole house seems calmer and more relaxed! We had done years of speech, OT and ABA, and all those things helped in their own way, but nothing has helped as much as neurofeedback. I would highly recommend everyone at PBC. We are thinking of re-starting his speech therapy soon given that he seems so much more settled and more engaged - we think he'll get much more out of it now. Thanks PBC!

Have no doubt, PBC can really help. My 9 yr old son was having big problems with his attention, controlling his emotions and generally never sitting still. This was all first picked up in pre-primary and last year the school psychologist suggested that she thought he had ADHD and dysgraphia and wanted us to see paediatrician (presumably to get him onto medication). We have done some OT to help his hand-writing, which helped a bit, but there was no way we wanted to put our son on mind-altering drugs especially with everything we have read about the uncertainty of serious side-effects in the long-term. We did our research and booked our son into PBC. It just made sense to look at his brain and actually find the underlying problem (rather than just be told he had problems with his attention which we knew anyway), and it made sense that you can train the brain. All the staff at PBC are truly fantastic and the results we have seen have been amazing. If you have a child with attention or learning problems and you don't want to drug them, then PBC is THE place to go!

AMAZING! Quick version - 10 years of depression, weekly migraine and daily headaches almost 90% fixed in 6 weeks. Years of psychology and countless drugs all to no avail. PBC scanned my brain, explained what was happening - amazing to actually see the problem! I noticed some improvements within a few days of starting brain-stimulation and just improved in leaps and bounds over a few weeks. I cannot recommend these guys enough. The whole team is amazing.

I have my life back) 6 years of almost constant neck pain and headaches 90% gone in weeks. I am amazed and SO IMPRESSED. I had seen so many "specialists", had so many injections, scans and drugs, seen physios, chiros, psychologists, and even a spiritual healer. Nothing worked, most things made me worse (especially the injections and medication), everyone said "let's try this", I must have spent $15k plus and was just getting worse, not to mention depressed and horrible to live with. I had read Dr. Norman Doidge's books - The Brain That Changes Itself and The Brain's Way of Healing and thought there must be somewhere in Australia that does that kind of neuroplastic treatments that re-wire the brain, and.found PBC) They scanned my brain, explained where my pain was coming from in my brain, and then I started a 3 week intensive brain-stimulation programme to re-wire my brain. I LOVED IT. I noticed less pain after the first session and by the end of the programme my pain had almost gone completely. I could not believe it! 3 month later and I am still doing great.
