I go regularly to see Jess for Microdermabrasion and skin needling. Jess is knowledgeable and doesn't push products. Ultimately I changed to the O cosmedics that she uses as my skin always looked and felt good after a treatment. At 51 my skin has never looked better.

I went for an IPL Hair Removal Test Patch on a Saturday afternoon and find the consultant friendly, informative and very professional. I am excited to continue my experience with Oxaalis Medispa Ellenbrook, in the future.

I simply love the results of my eyebrow wax, henna brow tint and eyelash lift! I love the beautiful shape, shade and definition it now gives to my eyes after my visit to Oxaalis Medispa - a stylish salon in a very cute and quiet location in Ellenbrook. The park opposite is a perfect spot for some more wind down time after my relaxing treatments here. Jess was friendly from the start. Very informative, wasn’t pressuring me into buying products (like most places do), she just listed the things she recommends.
Priced very good!

The best beauticians in Ellenbrook! The staff are all lovely girls and very friendly. I felt welcomed the minute I first walked in the door, unlike other beauticians I have been to. I would recommend them to everyone. I love my Micros and my new feather touch eyebrows

You gotta hope everything goes well otherwise there is no way you can have the issue properly fixed.
10 months down the line and they still haven't resolved the problem they caused me (they unsuccessfully attempted a feather eyebrow tattoo on me several times and now i have a very light shape with no feathers whatsoever and have to keep putting makeup on them to hide the issue! Grrr) or given me a refund for a service that i paid in full. EVEN IF THEY VERBALLY CONFIRMED THEY MESSED UP AT THE FIRST APPOINTMENT!
Mistakes can happen but it is the way a company deals with solving them that matters!
Unlucky you cannot give -5 stars!

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by a friendly face. They go above and beyond making you feel relaxed and ready to be pampered. Alison does an amazing job with the facials making my skin feeling smooth and looking brighter. All of the treatments I have had by them have been wonderful.
