Just moved from Sydney to Perth and it was my first facial experience here (bare beauty) 2day ago.but sadly was my worst experience of Life…my appointment was at 12 o’clock and 10 minutes for consultation so booked at 11: 50 I was 10 minutes late coz I m new mum which was told when I was booking appointment. I ask them I am confused for the facial don’t know which one is better for my skin was told therapist gonna discuss with me was really excited … I was there @12 they consult with me without telling me any other option they just said microdermabrasion is good for my skin so I trust them.it started @ 12: 18 and finished @ 12: 58 they deducted 20 minutes from my appointment because I was 10 minutes late how fare is that … 40 minutes for one hour facial still charge me full price… but I was still alright until my husband told me that my blackhead is still there.there is 0% effects on them which was my major concern absolutely hate it … I did contact them for the solution but they sadly don’t believe their customer and don’t know how to solve the problems they want me book another appointment not even in my nightmares.

Keellee is my beautician and she’s amazing. Always leaves me feeling fantastic and has a lot of knowledge so early in her profession.

Jess makes my eye brows and eye lashes look amazing. Every single appointment. Thankyou

I went in with my wife shop staff are friendly they helped my wife with choosing right style/type of bra and they have a nice comfy chair for me to sit Ono for a while, thanks

I went and got a Brazilian full legs and arms and my face waxed today. I’m not happy with my service I had hair still where she had waxed for my Brazilian the wax was tangled in the hair and was quite pain full to get out. My legs still have patches of hair on them. My face still has hair where she had waxed. My arms patches of hair on them as well.

I’m not very impressed with this service as I could go somewhere else to get waxed and have all the where I wanted completely removed for the same price. I’m disappointed because it’s a lovely salon but it’s just not up to scratch.

REPLY TO BARE SKIN'S COMMENTS: There was nothing wrong with my treatment, it wasn't great and it wasn't bad - hence the 3 stars - it was ok. Regarding the "more expensive upgrade - I wasn't advised of this, nor was I asked to pay for it. Regarding your comment about wanting to discuss it, if you went to the effort of looking up my treatment - you had my details and could have contacted me if it was a genuine offer.

The best service! I got my eyebrows waxed for only $15 and they look amazing! The woman I had (I didn’t catch her name) was so friendly and made me feel so welcome! Definitely recommend!

The Salon was cosy and welcoming as were the staff, Jess was really friendly and great at my treatment, I was really happy with my eyebrows, I will continue to go here now and will be back for different treatments in the meantime also.affordable prices too!

I have been to Oxaalis Medispa 3 times now and cannot recommend them highly enough. Jess and Rebekah are both absolutely lovely and so knowledgeable about their treatments and products. They both spent so much time discussing what the best treatments and products would be for me and my skin and made me feel so comfortable. They do not push products at all which is a huge thumbs up from me as there is nothing worse than feeling pressured into buying. I have had 3 customised enzyme facials with red light therapy over the past couple of months and cannot believe how amazing my skin looks. It has gone from being so dry and flaky, lots of congestion, break outs and redness to being almost flawless. I have had so many compliments. Another bonus is the treatment beds are super comfy and cozy, it is a beautiful and modern salon. I am so happy with my results and will be recommending to all my friends and family:) Thanks Jess and Rebekah!

Such a nice and relaxing experience whenever I come here. I get a brow wax and tint and they come out looking fairly natural and not too intense. Jess is lovely and very accommodating!

Today was my first time at oxaalis medispa.

I was greeted by a lady at the front desk. She was very welcoming and friendly.
I was then greeted by Rebekah. Who was very warm and kind. She gave me a skin analysis first, and was very clear and straight forward with her explanation. Rebekah was very candid with her advice also.

She then commenced my brow waxing/tint. She put great detail into shaping them and coloring them.
My eyebrows look absolutely amazing!
I then received a deluxe microdermabrasion. During my treatment I was asked at times if I was comfortable and relaxed which was very comforting to know that oxaalis cares about their clients. I was also run through each step of the treatment and its benefits.
I will be returning here again! I walked away from this with a big smile, my skin feels amazing (eyebrows on fleek) and the staff are excellent. Every single dollar.well spent! Would recommend 100 %

I have visited oxaalis medispas beauty salon in ellenbrook a few times now and I have tried a lot of their beauty services, I have used them for facial for acne and have had a couple of skin peels. Their microdermabrasion was one of the most thorough i have had and actually included a skin peel and led light therapy in the deluxe microdermabrasion. I currently use them regularly for eye brow waxing. And i am also using their skin care range, o cosmedics, I might also try there Dermaviduals skincare range. On the very first visit they included a free skin analysis with their observ skin analysis machine and was given a quick led light therapy facial, it was very enjoyable.

I get the face needling. I go every 2 months for over a year and I've noticed my acne scaring and wrinkles disappearing. It works wonders on my stubble. It makes it thicker and less patchy: D
