What previously took us 20 minutes to complete a new tasks now takes 2.5 minutes increasing the project controls team efficiencies and speed with end of month cost reporting. OneIT were reccomended to us about 8 years ago to help us design a custom CMS and quoting system. The system has been developed, grown and refined over the last 8 years and has essential been designed to cater for all aspects of our business. The staff at OneIT are patient and focussed on helping us achieve our targets and the overall cost over the 8 years has rivalled off the shelf products that don't actually give you what you really want.

Our system saves time, everything flows through quickly. All of our frustrations have gone. We now don't have to enter everything individually, we can copy and paste and it gets us through our tasks so much quicker, although it's not just the inputting, the whole set up is so much quicker.

In 2004, as office manager for Limestone Building Block Co Pty Ltd, I commissioned 1IT to write software to manage inventory and sales for the Company. The system went live on 1 July 2005. I was extremely happy with the system as it allowed me to have complete control of sales. I could instantly see activities in remote locations as well as onsite. I had access to inbuilt reports as well as the ability to write my own reports. Since inception, I have had need for updates and upgrades and the staff at 1it have always been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks you 1IT.

Initial contact was great while I showed David my software he was very confident. I Paid my $5000+ Scoping fee (I already have and use software I developed on a different platform which I wanted copied to an open source) then it all went down hill from there.
Long story short don’t hand over any money upfront until you are 100% satisfied they can deliver what they promised.

We first engaged OneIT back in 2016 to build us a custom developed student management system to power our core business activities. The system they built is scalable, very user friendly, it’s easy to learn, can be accessed anywhere in the world, requires relatively little maintenance and allows staff to focus on providing high quality service whilst the system takes care of the rest.

It supports our customer service and operations team through a large range of integrated modules with functions to manage bookings, schedules, enrolments, certifications and complex regulatory requirements. Additionally the BD team can now manage their client relationships, sales pipelines, drive opportunities and manage contract pricing all in a system that feeds into other areas of the application. It saves time in creating invoices and reporting figures to finance and management. Staff are freed to focus on working smarter rather than harder so we can produce higher value outcomes for the business and deliver greater customer service.
