I have a couple of projects on the go with Dave and his team at OneIT. There is no doubt that Dave truly loves what he does and is very good at it. We are 75% the way though the delivery of customised CRM software to run our law practice which has been a huge 18 month undertaking. Dave and the team have been very professional and are always thinking outside the square to deliver a solution to what is not always an easy problem to solve. We are also playing around with some AI capabilities which is very exciting and an area Dave seems to hold a keen interest in. If you are looking for a software company to build you a customised CRM software, I can say I have been very impressed with OneIT.

They are unusual in that they don't sneer at small projects (say a few thousand dollars). Others I have spoken to try to find out your budget first and if you're under $50k lose interest.
One IT also have a very solid scoping process that gives one confidence about what you're going to get for your investment (right down to building you a prototype).
