No Birds Car Hire Kewdale - Bayswater Car Rental

Was happy with the service, car and pick-up on arrival- very efficient. Unfortunately they don't cater for early flights- office doesn't open till 630am

I had contacted the location Tuesday and spoke to Jarad to chat about fees that were wrongly charged from a week ago, through doing a quote and "accidentally charged" as he is in charge of the finance Dept and Kewdale is HQ. I had informed him that I would keep them up to date with the situation for their information to assist future clients. I had been happy enough with his response.
Today I have rung to update and was told "he has stepped out" by a counter staff member as he told Jarad who I was, on the phone. (I heard the convo), I rang the manager and Sue the manager said he is busy in store. Just lies. At least get it straight. Just wanted 30 seconds. So sad to be treated this way being a paying customer of theirs. Really low.

No dont get to choose your preferred car not just once it happend twice. Customer serive is good, but customer are not allowed to have there choose.

I have worked as a Car Rental sales agent at another company before, and I can undoubtedly say that NoBirds offer the most competitive rates including $0 excess reduction and hassle free straight forward service. Would recommend especially for international customers as well would definitely use their services whenever i need them. I would suggest them To tint their glasses and not to use their company logo to avoid attracting thieves robbing tourist cars.

The service was great and easy. Price is reasonable. The hybrid colloara was awesome. Highly recommend and will definitely come again if Im in Perth in the future.

Best valued car rental in Perth. Clean and spacious rav4. Boot is big enough for 3 28inch luggage and 2 cabin size luggage. Fast in and out to get car. Would highly recommend this place. If you came in groups, one way to save more money is to have only one person come and collect car, then go back airport to get the rest of people. One negative point is they charge the 100 deposit directly first to yr credit/debit. Should be a hold instead of actual charge.

Hassle-free and professional car rental service! Got my car in just a few minutes. I reserved a corolla hatchback a few weeks back but changed my mind when i got there and requested for a mitsubishi asx instead as there’s apple carplay in there. They gladly attended to my request. They’ve got lots of vehicles in their fleet. Just 5min drive from perth airport. They picked us up in their minibus. Remember to call them once you arrive at perth airport.

Booked a newer model hatch in their website and received a KIA Cerato Hatchback which is on 1070km mileage.

Shuttle from Perth Airport is convenient after making the phonecall to their office notifying of our arrival. The staff told me that once Top Cover is included, we should not worry about the car's condition upon returning.

Having them located after Shell makes it a lot easier to top up fuel before returning. Security deposit was returned the next day!

Part of Bayswater group. Highly recommend, very economical upfront twith all fees and charges. Include insurance jot an add on like other companies (ie no hidden fees). Very friendly staff local business. Pick up and drop off to the airport.

I’ve used this company several times and no problems at all, the cars are all well cared for and soo much cheaper than the competitors!
They now have a shuttle that picks you up and off from Perth Airport to their Kewdale depot.

Hired a small hatch for 7 days for $17 a day. The car was pretty decent. I only did around 300ks. Strangely when I was filling it up before returning I almost got an heartattack. I had to fill $37 of petrol in it, Seriously!

I have a 2008 v6 car and I can easily do 900k for $80 (full tank).
What’s wrong with these cars mate? Are you guys stealing petrol from your patrons?

These people I always use to hire a car when in Perth. Close to the airport for pick up. Cheap, affordable new cars. Always white for safety. This one was a hybrid, great on economy. Good for three adults with lots of luggage.

Have been hiring cars from No Birds for a couple of years now, has always been the best and cheapest rental car hire in Perth. Staff are always friendly and go out of there way to accommodate your needs.

The shuttle to and from the air port is $5 each way and leaves from there yard in Kewdale every 30mins or on arrival you just call to let them know your ready to be picked up.
