Great and hassle-free experience.
Online booking was easy and convenient.
The shuttle bus pickup on arrival at airport was fine.
The checkout was smooth, staff friendly, courteous and helpful.
There is an extra charge to add a second driver. We decided to go with one driver and was given the option to add the second driver if needed, later (we didn’t need).
Also, they gave us the option to get add the unlimited kilometres (at extra charge) later if needed. We did not need that either and thus saved a few bucks.
The only drawback is the closing time. Not very convenient if you have a late-night flight, like we did. The offices and the shuttle to the airport close around 7: 30 pm. I believe you can do an afterhours drop-off however there is no shuttle to the airport. So need an uber or another alternative. In our case we had kind friends who insisted on dropping us to the airport, so we dropped the car off earlier and saved a days rental as well.

Hired a car for 10 days, nil issues. Rang today to inform them our flight was cancelled and rescheduled via international, all good. Asked if we still able to get transferred to the international part and was told our shuttles run only every half hr so to make sure we organised to arrive with time to wait for shuttle. Said oh we were not told about half hr transfers, the young ladies reply was, " lucky you rang then, you do now" This was a very condescending reply, and l expressed this at the office. I also asked why were we not told on pick up, reply was it's on our website.l have my paperwork printed and its not stated. I have now relooked at their web site and it states every 20 mins.very dissapointed with her manner. Standing waiting for a bus, other people were also not aware of their 30 min waiting in-between transport. Was not even told when/ if my deposit gets refunded.has left a wonderful stay here in Perth with a slight sour taste. This young lady needs to be more appropriate towards customers, she even walked off on me mid sentence.and no l am no KAREN.

Around March this year, staff name Teishi (not too sure about the spelling) has taken good care of us, she did her best to accompany me and my wife to find the perfect car for our vacation.
She s not someone that get your signature and gave you the key and then bye bye type of staff, she provided a good service.

Best car hire company going around by far!
Best prices, great quality new cars, no hidden fees and cost like many other car hire companies.
From picking up the car at Kewdale reception to dropping off and using the FREE! Airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes, was greeted with friendly and polite customer service.

Wouldn’t bother renting anywhere else other than No Birds, hopefully they will open in more capital cities around Oz ie Melb, Bris, Hobart etc in the future also.

5/5 stars, would give 6/5 stars if I could

I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing and disturbing experience with No Birds Car Hire during my recent trip to Perth. One particular staff member, whom I'll refer to as Medusa, was shockingly rude not only to me but also to my family. To make matters worse, she displayed a disgraceful lack of respect towards individuals who faced language barriers.

From the moment we approached Medusa, hoping for a smooth car rental experience, her behaviour was completely unacceptable. Instead of providing the basic courtesy and professionalism one would expect, she demonstrated an unwarranted level of rudeness that left us feeling disheartened and unwelcome. It is truly disconcerting that someone in a customer service role could treat customers with such disdain.

To exacerbate the situation further, I witnessed Medusa's discriminatory treatment towards those who struggled with English. Rather than showing patience, understanding, and respect to individuals in need of assistance, she chose to display a disrespectful and dismissive attitude. This behaviour is not only offensive but also contradicts the principles of inclusivity and basic human decency.

As a result of this deplorable encounter with Medusa, I can confidently say that I will never use No Birds Car Hire's services again. As a frequent traveller, I rely on car hire services to enhance my journeys and provide convenience. Unfortunately, No Birds Car Hire failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service and professionalism.

However, I would like to acknowledge one of the other receptionists who displayed all the qualities that should be exhibited in customer service. We made sure to express our gratitude to her when we returned our car. It's important to recognize those who uphold the values of kindness and professionalism.

I strongly caution others against using No Birds Car Hire for their upcoming trips to Perth. There are numerous reputable car rental companies available that prioritize customer satisfaction and treat all individuals with respect, regardless of their language abilities. By choosing a company that values its customers and upholds the principles of professionalism, you can spare yourself the frustration and disappointment that I experienced.

In conclusion, the deeply rude and disrespectful behaviour displayed by Medusa, along with her discriminatory treatment towards those who faced language barriers, showcases the abysmal customer service offered by No Birds Car Hire. I wholeheartedly advise against using their services, as my encounter left a lasting negative impression and has deterred me from considering No Birds Car Hire for any future trips to Perth.

I and my family had a good memory druing our holiday in WA. Even our first car window was broken by someone, No birds reacted very quick and changed to another car in 10 minutes. Definitely, I will use No bird again for my next trip. Thanks guys.

1st time I've used No Birds & pleasantly surprised. I get corporate discount with Thrifty, Avis & Budget.i saved myself around $400 with a 6 day car hire. Highly recommended

Good car at a decent price, horrible young customer service lady who was downright rude and very unpleasant to deal with. Failed to explain the various sub charges she’d added on and we ended up paying more than we’d been quoted for

A pity that they weren't at the top of the list when I searched for car rentals in Perth and around Perth International Airport.

Lucky for us, my wife discovered them and we were happy with the genuine reviews on their profile.

Collection and return was seamless. Car was in immaculate condition. Drove to down south and back up covering about 1700km with no issues at all.

Definitely our top choice the next time we are back to explore Aussie.

Very competitive pricing. Fast and efficient service. Got the airport transfer and was an easy hassle free process. Extra insurance and car seat pricing well worth it for peace of mind. Car was clean and in excellent condition. Got a hybrid and paid extra for unlimited k’s which also saved in fuel costs. Return was even easier than pick up. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Had brilliant service up until the return of the vehicle.

First off, at no point was it mentioned to us that the airport shuttle ONLY operates at certain times for the return trip back to the airport.

We returned the car at 5.35pm to be told the next shuttle was at 6pm.

Having explained to Chloe that we were running late for our flight and if we could possibly leave earlier, I was very firmly told NO.
Apparently it would be unfair if another person was to arrive and the shuttle had already left….
Having checked the route I noticed an accident which was adding 10 extra minutes to the 5 minute journey.
On mentioning this to Chloe she again refused to budge.
The facts were, we were running late for our flight and the driver was available to leave.
Chloe’s attitude was simply rude and not the best end to using No-birds.
She could have instead showed a bit of empathy instead of being so blunt.
I also see that the company don’t even bother to read the reviews or reply to them which is a little unprofessional.

No fuss, good value car rental. The car itself was great and had only done 10,000km. Pick up and drop off processes were fast and the shuttle to and from the airport was efficient. Will definitely use No Birds again next time I'm in Perth.

Plenty of time to type this as I wait for the 3rd hour for roadside assistance since I've been threatened with a $3000 charge if I were to tow this car with anyone else but call their office.
Sitting here 3 hrs for assistance. Next time I'll leave the car here and take a. Uber home.

Rented a SUV for our recent trip to Perth. The car we had was quite new and very clean. Picking up and dropping off from T1 were smooth and short 5 min ride away to the car rental office. Staff were friendly too. Price was so much more competitive than the big names at the airport. Highly recommended.

Got to love No Birds Car Hire. The entire process was smooth. The Damage Waiver was reasonable. The security bond was returned promptly after returning the vehicle.

Wonder if the airport shuttle is regular, or if a call is required. For the former, it helps to assure customers. For the latter, would be great if the number to call is on WhatsApp

Collection of the car was fuss free, just had to call upon arrival for the pick up shuttle. Dropping off was even faster. Invoices were emailed to us immediately upon collecting and dropping off. Prices were so competitive we were a bit worried despite seeing good reviews. But the Car was the cleanest we have ever gotten from any rental company, including the baby seat which we did not have to line with our own cushions. Would highly recommend them and I hope they expand into more states besides Perth and Sydney!

I needed a car for short distance travelling (less than 100km) in and about Perth and no birds was the best solution.

Other companies costs more as their vehicles had unlimited mileage, which I didn’t need or want. No bird’s CDW was also very competitive.

The online booking process was easy and fast, the same could be said about their airport pickup service too.

At the Kewdale depot, pickup and return processes were quick and fuss free. The Mitsubishi Outlander was clean, fairly new, and drove smoothly. BTW, all their vehicles are white.

I was unsure about using no birds initially as I hadn’t heard of them, but now I’d go to them first the next time I need a hire car in Australia.

Booked on line went in with Medicare card and licence and due to my licence been renewed and my licence was in the post and had no confirmation from dot, she would not realise the car so I then said I would get my girlfriend to put in her name and she drive the car and I drive hers and pay through my company credit card and she would not accept payment through the company card I just walked out and said keep the car going to hertz 5 minutes away and hired one there no hassle, by the way I hire a car here once a month and she had all me details on file and my business partner has one hired aswell which will now be getting returned
Discussed it was all over me paying with my company credit card
