Truly horrific experience.
Owner is an arrogant chap
He lacks character I assume he underpays his employees as well never eat at this restaurant.

Ok first of all food. I must say the chicken Mandi was no good Portion size was ok very nothing else was available from the menu
But it appears the shop owner has a habit of giving misleading prices. The menu said $16.50, the board said $18.50.
Then I got a drink. Was charged $23.50.when questioned the can of drink was $4. Then I questioned about the extra $1 and was for card. Now by law, you can pass on the cost of the card fees. But not mark up. This is a very bad business practices.

Food is ok but service was not great at all. We asked for extra plates but were told that we could use the serving plates instead.

Only 20% of the menu was available, and those were all rotten what was available, whole family got food poisoning after having a meal there, they do charge for takeaway boxes,

The place was dirty, it smelled really greasy, the service was bad, the atmosphere was even worse, and we couldn't touch one of the dishes madbi. I can't believe how they serve it, my husband tried to nicely ask to change it but the owner tries to blame us for choicing it. Thou there are no options. Just Mandi and madbi
Do not recommend and will not return again

Portion is huge I just could not finish it. It was my first time trying Lebanese food but it was a really good experience!
Though they do not serve water so need to purchase one

Do try lamb mandi, chicken mandi and lamb madbi.really good taste. If you wanna try Arabic rice then its the place in the city for you.

Found a ladies hair inside the chicken mandi we ordered and the chef is asked us to continue having the same food because there is no ladies working in the restaurant. And that too after waiting for 40 minutes for the food. Very bad experience.

Extremely Bad customer Service. We just went in to try out their chicken mandi and the guy inside said he's having his break for 20 minutes. It took a total of 30 minutes to get the food and We just found a strand of long female hair from the food. The guy started accusing us of putting the hair in the food to get a refund. The guy went back inside "You can either have it or leave". The guy threatened to cut my hair to make sure it is mine. Extremely bad experience, never recommend to anyone. When said will never comeback, He said he has a lot of other customers to serve

Worst customer service received in Perth!

Found long hair along with chicken, when reported, the staff told us to eat it and went inside.

We waited for 30 mins for the food and he told we purposefully added hair.

I wish I could give this restaurant 0 star, very bad service, the man who serves the food is very rude he doesnt know how to speak to the customers and provide service, do not waste your money going there.

Be ready to be OFFENDED AND ill-treated BY THIS RESTAURANT.
Don't even want to give even one star for the customer service. The food is ultimately great I accept and I been there many times.
Last time the way he treated me was intolerable. He made me wait outside the restaurant for ages as he told he must check the availability of food. He tried ignoring me purposely. Abruptly ended the conversation in a disdainful manner. DISCRIMINATION was at its peak.

I tried Lamb Mandi here and its absolutely outstanding. Very tasty. There is a very hot chilli pickle for spicy lovers who can handle that level of spice ️

While the food was good (mutton was really tender), the owner seemed pretty dishonest - went there twice and on both occasions, he overcharged us. Please remember to check your receipt should you choose to dine here!

Unfortunately this was not as expected and advertised. Many of the dishes in the menu were not available anymore. Why you keeping them listed? The prices are over what is advertised and the portion size is smaller as per the advertised photos. Seriously! If you want to maintain your reputation and keep your customers you really need to think about your service mate.

We came here for dinner, and the portion was generous! The rice & chicken were all very flavourful! Really enjoyed our dinner here.
The owner was also really friendly and hospitable. He was the owner, waiter, chef & cashier.

Will visit again when we’re in Perth.

The Food is yummy (mainly the rice dishes) but I do think it is a little over priced. The owner is so nice. Highly recommend this place.
