Nando's Wanneroo

Waited close to 2 hours for a delivery, by the time the food arrived the chips and pita bread were disgustingly cold and inedible and squished into a lump. To top it off the staff don’t answer the phone even though I tried calling through 5-6 times.

Horrendous on all fronts. Won’t be back.

The staff were nice but the manager was rude and yelled and screamed at the staff in front of customers

Super yummy and staff are ok I guess but they take forever to make the food, I mean I was waiting nearly 40 minutes for chicken tenders and sweat potato chips, it's crazy how long they take, other than that pre good

Touch and go! Ive had both very good and very average Nando's from the shop. Unfortunately my first experience here was pretty bad as I ordered 4 chicken tenderloins and there were only 2.5 in the box ️ I've been back since and there were 4 tenderloins but they're very small! The tuart hill shop is a lot better sorry!

Food was so cold chips were inedible. Trying to call to let them know and no answer. Not happy last time we will order.

Ordered and waited 40 mins for our food, after waiting patiently during a not so busy time I went and asked where our food was. It was never processed even though we had paid, no apology given. Won’t be returning again!

Just went to my local Nandos in wanneroo today for take away dinner.
Ordered Mediterranean salad with chicken, and bought extra chicken tenders with it. The server told me I will get three tenderloins and if I want extra I have to pay which is fine to me.

Surprise surprise, the food was awful presented and packed (suppose to put chicken separately but they squeezed on top of the salad). I Got home and saw 4 small pieces probably size of small nuggets. Shocking! The amount of money they charged for whole thing $20 and what I received. I drove back there straight away; they fixed the salad, cooked me new one
however big large onion ends they give in salad.

Nandos are can be so much better than this and consider themselves restaurant, but this is not even close to it.
Hope they do much much better

Friendly customer service. The chicken was juicy and it’s tasted very good. I definitely go back here again highly recommended

Ordered on line and collected on requested time. Very tasty and the paella was enough for 3 meals.

It was okay.for the price you pay I would assume the chicken tenders in my salad would be somewhat.more and not dry. I love a Nandos supersalad bowl however was disappointed on this recent occasion

Food was good but the wait time to receive food was insane. They should also consider the dining in customers, the place was unpleasantly cold in fact it was warmer outdoors than it was sitting inside Nando's

Shocking to the franchise.

I went to Nando’s in Wanneroo and started placing my order to a young girl, my boyfriend asked for an alcoholic drink and she said she isn’t authorised to put that through and left. That’s fine it is noted that she may be under the age of 18 and not able to serve alcohol however she could have put the rest of the order through first to avoid confusion. An older man came to finish the order and served the alcohol, I asked him if the corn has been put on the order and if not to please add it to our order, he advised us that it has been put on the order. After a while we received our food From another lady she asked if we were waiting on anything else. I said yes we are waiting for the corn. She walked off to check on the order and came back saying that “we didn’t order any corn”. That would have been fine as mistakes happen however, they had already messed the order up and charged us extra for a chips we didn’t order, as I asked for one classic wrap on its own, and another classic wrap in a large meal. She told us if we wanted the corn we would have to come up and pay for it. The right thing to do in this situation would have been to give a complimentary corn to credit the order mess up and provide good customer service. When she said that we had to pay we were understanding and kind, explaining our situation and said not to worry about the corn. The reason I am writing the review was not because of the order mistake, what adds to the whole experience, but the poor customer service provided by the last lady who had rolled her eyes at us when we said we no longer want the corn.

An hour and 15 mins later than scheduled for delivery through menulog and stone cold when it was delivered.

Had very bad experience with nandos waneroo ever in my life. We were dining and we reorder chips and corn they make it takeaway, REALLY. The guy on the counter even didn't apologise. Sorry we are very regular custumer you can see from my membership number, they really need to be matured or learn more about customer satisfaction. They make us leave the restaurant without having our proper meal. It was very disappointed experience.

Terrible! Wasn’t ready when they said it would be and the burgers are the WORST I’ve ever had! I wouldn’t pay $2 for the classic burger we got a tiny slither of chicken with barely any sauce, one slice of tomato and a few bits of lettuce! There was more bread than anything else and it was stale too! This isn’t the first time either. Don’t go here it’s absolutely not worth it this store should be shut down it’s disgraceful. They’ve lost a few local customers for good as our friends feel the same and won’t go again.the word is spreading.

Worst lunch ever. I ordered mild and they gave me the most spicy possible. I will stay away. The drink was warm.

We came to nando’s at 1: 30pm 15/06/2020 for lunch, a LARGE young girl at the front desk was very rude and had disgusting language.she was very rude and we walked out before we even sat down.either nando’s need to train the staff better or immediately terminate her position.absolutely shocking

One of the best Nando’s for the food quality and general store cleanliness. Toilets could be cleaned more regularly
