50Very bad service, asked for refund as we waited 40 mins and still didnt get our food, the staff are only prioritizing take away orders! Will never come back to this nandos
Ordered delivery got a cold spicy rice (taken out of fridge cold). I tried to heat it up and it ended up smelling and tasting weird. If I could give you less than one star I would.
I ordered a Hot Halloumi Chicken Pita and this is what I got. A MINI pita that looks as though it was torn open with hands instead of cut with a knife. Two teeny tiny chicken tenders shoved inside with lettuce and tomato. No sauce. No halloumi. Half the size of a normal pita. And to top it all off, it’s been thrown in a chip box with chips I didn’t even order.
Never going to this Nandos again.
The worst Nando's I have ever been. The time the food came out was about half an hour and only half the food came out. Then to wait nearly another half an hour for the rest of the food and only because we had to go up and inform the staff. Also we had to wait for soft drinks. A simple sorry just doesn't mean anything and it's a Nando's to avoid.
Disappointing, made an online ordera DM arrived to collect order 5 mins before time. Then waited for 20 mins only to be told they ran out of chicken and it would be another 30 mins.
The biggest crime is the change in chip sizes. Never paying $8 for a "large" chips again. It's clear the geniuses did the math and figured out downsizing the sizes of chips = bigger net profit.
Burger had the tiniest piece of chicken. Watched all the uber drivers reach across my food on the hotplate to show their phone to the staff. Then watched staff drinking red bull over the top of cooking food.
If I could rate this experience lower, I would.
To start with it is packed to the brim with minimal seating for takeaway/ubereats.
My dad and I both got simple supremo pita meals. We watched people come in, sit down, complete their meal and leave before we got out food 45+ minutes later. Instead of being apologetic, the staff just kept saying “it’s coming”. When the food came out it was practically unseasoned, barely any sauces and no peri salt as ordered.
Highly suggest not doing take out here.
Spent $25 for dinner tonight and I received the wrong order! I wanted a superfood veggie patty burger but instead got a chicken burger? ! Because of religious reasons I can’t eat meat and it is not okay.
Tik tok been sitting in the restaurant for last 30mins and waiting for the food, what a waste of time and money
Once again nandos wanneroo, u stuff up our online order and forget 3 things and then I try to call the store but get thru to message bank? Wtaf where is customer service?
If I was to leave a one star review I would. Do you have any concept on how long food should take to make? “Oh that should 5 to 8 more minutes! ”. Making my food and then not making my wife’s and kids food!? Rather would go to the maccas across the road. Won’t be coming back to Wanneroo nandos again! Oh also! When getting a refund the staff didn’t know how to work an eftpos machine. Very rude and a waste of my time.
Completely messed my order up again, and then no answer when I tried calling the store to rectify. Customer service offered to refund what was missing but that was it. There was no apology refund or extra offers for future use. Garbage
I had the chicken blat last night I had removed ingredients on it and it was not looked at as the items i removed was in my meal I have now been up all night vomiting due to what I believe was under cooked chicken as I now have food poisoning and it was the only food I have had since lunch yesterday which was a salad so I really hope that you see this message and sort it out as I will not be returning
Having to wait 2 hours for food and on a Friday is an absolute joke when you're paying this type of money, should be absolutely ashamed and this is not the only time we have been stuffed around. And you can't even call there shop as they have turned off there phone.
Rubbish and poor.
As a long standing customer of Nando's that was the worst meal we have ever had. Food was cold, chicken salad had the biggest slices of red onion, salad greens were soggy & old, chips were cold with black burnt bits all over them.chicken tenders were dry & tasteless, burger bun was stale. Very disappointing & I will definitely never go back.
Sooooo slow. They say it will be ready in 20mins. You get there to pick it up and wait a further 30mins. Shocking service. Franchise owner needs to get in there and sort it out.
I used to get food from here all the time, but recently the quality has degraded soo much. On 3 separate occasions i have received my food with uncooked chicken. This poor quality seems to be a trend across the stores and joondalup did the same last time i got food from that store ️
Poor service, mainly because they were understaffed. Waited for 45 mins only to find out our order had been on the bench for ages and had to re cooked. Won't be going back.
Shocking service - will never go back here. Whatever happened to Nando's customer service. In the past, staff were always friendly and did their best no matter how busy. Not sure what happened in the last month, but now they are rude and you are almost guaranteed not to get what you paid for.
