Nando's Hillarys

There are 3 girls standing around behind counter, yet noone wiping down tables.
When I asked for extra peri peri salt on chips, response was " I'll see what I can do"

We love Nando and we love Hillareys. The outside tables always very dirty and put us off from returning.

Chicken completely burnt. They tried to cover the burnt skin with mild basing. Very unhygienic. Griller dropped a chicken piece on the floor and used the tong to pick up the chicken from the floor and continue to use the same tong without washing it.

Would not recommend.

Unless you like your chicken tasting like charcoal and workboots

Food was very good, but one of the staff members came and asked us if we are done and started clearing plates while we were still eating. Spoke to one of the senior staff and let her know what happened with us. Not really happy with our experience.

The chicken in my burger was so small. It was about 5mm thick. The taste was good but the amount of chicken was so bad. I know times are tough but at least give us what we pay for

Tasty as always but I'm assuming because of the covid stuff going on there was no sauces available. Asked a staff member for a medium hot sauce and she got it but seemed like she didn't really want to. Which is fine as ppl have bad days but the main problem was that they had no signs saying the sauces need to be asked for. I usually get a medium hot sauce plus a vinegar. Didnt ask for the vinegar as i felt like I would be asking for too much from the server.

Ordered food from this nandos through menulog and I had two items missing.
When I called to ask what happened, they were so unhelpful and didn't do anything to try and help rectify the issue.
This isn't the first issue I've had with this nandos

Ordered online here over the weekend, and despite only a few people waiting in the store for their orders, it still took 10 minutes longer than the app’s estimate (a total of ~35 minutes) just to make a kids meal and a hummus dip. Even worse, the staff managed to forget my drink AND the Peri Drizzle that comes with the hummus. Staff were clearly hired straight out of CLOWN COLLEGE for this store. Try Nando’s Glengarry instead, it’s much better.

Ordered plain chicken for my little girl.
She complained that it was spicy. I took a bite and my tongue was burnt. We complained and they argued the toss. Second lot came and also way too spicy. Honestly plain should mean plain.

I've been to this Nandos store for over 5 times and everything was perfect but tonight you only get one star. The chips that we ordered were cold and soggy with barely any salt, my ribs were overcooked and some were burnt, the chicken burger did not have the extra cheese we paid for, the bun was cold and the chicken inside was smaller than other times. Not satisfied at all.

Worst and dirtiest Nandos restaurant. Always late with pick up orders, food is always wrong. Staff do not care.

We just received a delivery from this store. Absolute RIP OFF, $12 for 2 tenders and 15 chips. RIDICULOUS!

Yesterday i had a bad experience at nandos Hilarys with a very rude lady at the cashier, she talked with a very bad attitude to me and my family, she mopped my table and threw things in a very angry manner and yelled at us when we were simply waiting for the food. I wanted to complain personally about this but couldn't find anyone. I was really disapointed that NANDOS which was once a very cosy place with well mannered staff has now appinted such an ill mannered staff

Not so happy with service yesterday I order half Chicken and they give me left over chicken wasn’t even from that day the chicken was turn into black color and it stink as well. Never going there again to eat again

Bad customer service and they think their peri salt is like gold second time I've come with the same problem I wont be back.

A very nice Nando’s here in Hillarys Boat Harbour. The food is fresh and very tasty, with decent customer service on the side. While wait times can be improved, this place is very good and I highly recommend eating here.

I’m an avid lover of nandos however this is by far the worst nandos I’ve had. The chicken was cooked almost without sauce, the take away had no napkins or extra sauce, chips were oily and not fresh.by far the worst nandos I’ve been to

Ordered lemon and herb chicken so my 2 year old could eat it. It came out quite spicy so that my son couldn't eat any. I told the staff to which they just said it's lemon and herb and left it at that. I've had lemon and herb from other stores and it's never had any heat.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and my food was scrumptious! I also forget to grab cutlery and the lovely young lady who brought out my food offered to bring me some! I had a great experience whilst dining here at nandos hillarys! Will definitely be coming back

Love taking my kids here for a little treat. The staff are friendly, and the food is so delicious. Their Lemon and Herb basting is a favourite for our kids
