Nando's Bunbury

Love Nandos and their Chicken products are so tasty. Very clean and good service. Wish it was more central in Bunbury.

I can't comment on the food as I never received it, I spent a couple of minutes going through the only menu I could see which was sticky taped to the counter with a staff member who obviously didn't want to be there. On completion of my order, only once I had paid was I told my burger and chips would take 25 minutes. I asked for a refund, not a word was said by the staff member, just a dirty look.

Purchased here for our first time. We got a salad and a wrap. The salad had all my favourite things in it, quinoa, feta, avocado, cheese, chicken etc and the wrap was nice too. Only issue was the food was made quick but sat on the counter for over 15 mins before it was given to us. Meaning it was cold before we even started to eat it.

Food was great. But when we were brought our food there was no meet or greet, the gentleman/woman (I don't want to be rude but I honestly couldn't not tell) told us that we are sitting in the wrong spot and told us to move tables.they were rude and I did not appreciate how they handled the situation. You'd have a better review if we had been treated like customers and not peasants.

Thank you for the super caring and friendly staff who went beyond their normal duties to compensate for a small mistake made due to ordering through Menulog.

Pleasant staff, clean place, but as always, the black rice in power bowl is a tad undercooked. Seems to be consistent with lots of Nandos.

Friendly staff, clean restraunt. Nice service. Food was quick didn't have to wait long. Thank u will be coming back again.

Update on my review. Just come for lunch after refurbishment finished and the restaurant looks incredible. Just has a massive "wow" factor to it. We got greater by the store manager on arrived welcoming us, asked us where we'd like to sit and took our order straight away.

We waited for almost 2 hours in the restaurant for our order for 1 person. Service was poor - staff were not friendly (they were very stressed to be fair) and swearing under their breath when we made the order. Was told they were "chasing up my order" when they weren't. Didn't tell us to expect a wait at all when we ordered. They continued taking orders despite all staff being extremely stressed and overworked. Most other customers around us were in the same boat. I saw lots of customers complaining about their order being messed up/missing things. When we finally received ours, it was messed up too. Very disappointing.

Very impressed with Nandos Bunbury store. Staff are polite and helpful and food delicious! Social distancing observed when dining in, which we did. We can't wait to go back.

The hot chicken was over salted and tasteless. The mild chicken was as unattractive as it tasted! The "large" chips and the "large" salad was a total rip off! No value for money whatsoever. Customer service was below par! $ 48 gone down the drain

Ordered delivery through Menulog, no chips in bag. Called the store and they couldn't care less about it. Very bad service

Great food, awful service. Phone line is just a voice recording saying you can only order through the app. The app is glitchy and unreliable and there's no functional way to contact any customer service.

I have visited nearly all of the Nando's in Perth and NONE of them can compare to the food and service I got from Nando's Bunbury yesterday! I am beyond impressed! I ordered the Ribs Meal and all the chicken portions were to size, not burnt and had enough sauce (not swimming in it like some other Nando's in Perth.) Also, every one of my chips had Peri salt on them.rejoice the small wins! All the sauce bottles were clean AND there was a cold water filter! It was the lunch rush and my order didn't take overly long, so did everyone else's I could see. But the main thing I rate was the customer service. I was asked twice if my meal was good and if my chicken was ok and I loved that! I have never been asked in Perth. It meant they care about what they do and how they do it! My best Nando's experience to date.thank you! I will be returning:)

The food is always good however one of the staff was quite rude at times. Me and my friends had received our meals and he gave us another dish and when we told him we already had our food he simple said "deal with it" and walked off.

Love your chicken? Well Nandos is def worth the visit. With multi choices in flavour and spice! Its lovely little place to stop in for a bite or grab it takeaway style for a picnic at the beach. They do have vegetarian choices. The chips can be done with or without periperi2. So grate for kids of all ages. Its certainly 52 healthy alturnitive for a family dinner.

Wonderful food, great chefs, lovely staff, nice and clean; all in all an excellent night out as is usual for this great Nandos restaurant! 10/10
