Nando's Bunbury

We visited on Sunday during our trip from Busselton to Perth. The food was fantastic and so was the service. Thank you

Lovely staff and service.

This stopover at Nando’s Bunbury was for a quick lunch during a work site visit.
The place was relatively quiet during our short visit & the customer service was polite, good and efficient.
The place was clean and well presented, and quite popular with work crew too, as evident from a large group dining in when we arrived.
The taste is consistent to other Nando’s & we thoroughly enjoyed the quick lunch.
The staff were efficient enough to come and clear our plates when we have finished our mains too.
An enjoyable quiet break.

For a fast food joint you cant go wrong, Chicken burgers are good and sauce is good as always.

Don't bother ordering anything extra on your food because they'll charge you for it and not give it to you. Every. Single. Time.

Went in store to order, waited at counter for 20 minutes three staff members that I could see made eye contact with one multiple times and was continually ignored while she fluffed around checking fridges

Was standing at counter waiting for service with staff looking directly at us and wouldn’t server us, after 15 minutes just walked out

Though there were many diners, we didn't have to wait long. Staff were hardworking and efficient. Food well cooked and served.

Food took longer than usual as it was very busy, the chicken was moist and really tasty. Corn and Broccolini were delicious. Chips hot and crispy

There were a lot of dirty tables when I arrived, I didn't see any being cleaned whilst I was there.

You have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. I always feel very welcome and the staff treat you as not just another customer. There is a young lady there named Cat who always goes the extra mile. Thanks for the wonderful service guys, it doesnt go unnoticed:)

Bring back the chicken ribs. I was hoping they'll bring it back eventually but haven't. It's the main one I liked. It's not the same. I'm not going back.

I have eaten at several Nando's over the years, different states and countries and this one is probably the worse. Chicken was overcooked and shrunken in size, lacking flavour and just did not look appetizing, sides were not much better.

Food great. Staff were so busy they ignored us standing at the counter waiting to order, whist walking past us many times.
We had to ask for service.

We got peri-peri chips take away. When we got it home to eat it they were inedible. So much seasoning on them that it was making my nose itch. They did exchange the next day but begrudgingly even though we brought the whole bag of chips back. Staff are always friendly though

As always, Nandos have great food. The paella is yummy, and the chicken is always prepared perfectly. The spice is perfect for what you select. The place is clean and Covid precautions are in place.

Very disappointed with how long it takes for the online order to be ready. Every time I would order, it’s a 40+ minute wait. However, today I ordered a take away and have been waiting for over an hour, it was still not ready! Asked for a refund and it took additional 10 minutes for the staff to figure out how to do that. Safe to say I will never be coming back!

Food and Service were amazing!
Only issue was the online ordering system.
Menu said that some things weren't available, but when ordering at the counter, they were all just fine to purchase!

Delicious food, very impressed with the staff, theres a young lady who works there who has wonderful customer service and is very friendly. Keep up the good work!

Very disappointing takeaway service! The chicken several times I've ordered it has been dry and without any sauce on many occasions. I've eaten in store and its quiet sad how there's a lack of quality in service when you order online, or get takeaway service. Very lovely people but please keep your standard uniformed throughout all aspects of service delivery.
