I went To nandos for the first time and then one of your staff members called Matthew Rowe approached me and gave me the best chicken

To be honest I went there for the love of chicken but what we got was not our order and the waiting time was hilarious. OTHER PEOPLE WE'RE being priority but when i stood up to ask for my order after 30minutes wait time i got the worst service ever with burnt chicken.

This shop is very efficiently and the chicken are always well done and fresh

Love the food here. Staff are really nice.

Sometimes the garlic pitas come burnt but would rather well cooked then raw.

Burger was lovely but the wait for it was rather long and then what's the point of giving one's name when you didn't call it out, I had my back to the serving area while waiting and when I stood up wondering what was happening as both staff members were just chatting, you grabbed it off the side I do wonder just how long it had been just sitting there as it wasnt that hot

Make sure when people order food, you actually give them what they order. We order a mild pita and you gave us an extra hot. Please check your orders.

Takes over an hour to make a burger useless, do not order through an app they will not deliver to the correct house or at all.

I wouldn't say I'm a regular customer but everytime I do go I've had a good experience. Service was great, wait time was low, store looked clean and the food looked and tasted great. Would recommend to anyone.

Starting to let their standards drop in shop Hygiene, tablets not getting wiped and floors looking average. BUT still the best Nando's eating in Town.

Ive ordered here a few times and the Chips are always soggy and not crispy.
Beechboro should try a sample of their own chips to confirm they are crispy before serving them.

Ordered directly on Nando's website, order was half an hour late from given delivery time. Order had incorrect items in it, poorly packaged, items burnt, wrap was inedible.

Terrible!
Yesterday, I waited over 20 minutes for 1 wrap, 1 chips and a small garden salad. At the time I ordered I was the only customer in store.
4 Uber Eats drivers came and went.another walk in customer as well, then I asked where my order was to be told they were waiting on my chips, except they seemed to have plenty for Uber Eats!
My wrap had been sitting there for over ten minutes and was cold and soggy. It was the worst wrap I've ever had.
Never again. I'll go elsewhere in future.

I had a take away burger from there, when they first opened. It had a 2-3mm spot of MOULD on the bun, so I had to throw it out. I went back to the store a week later, only to be told the buns are fresh frozen & thawed on the day so could not of had mould, with no refund or appology offered. I had no opportunity to take it back on the day & they only just opened the new store so I let it be. Visit # 2 last week (10 nov 2020). I got another Burger to eat while waiting for the bus, guess what I opened it up and MORE MOULD. I had only 5 minutes untill my bus arrived and had no chance to return it. I wish I had taken a photo for this review.

Very bad experience. I bought 1 whole chicken from Nando's Altone shopping centre. It was the worst chicken i bought for $19. Woolies chicken is way much better for $10.
My dog refuse to eat it. Super dry, small than a crow leg. Chicken breast was ok size wise. It seems like a return chicken or some one forget to pickup their order.
Its a shame we try to support our closest Nando's but they keep disappointing us.

Check your take aways each time to avoid stress and surprises.

We ordered online and spent $25 on 2 meals, online order gifted us a complimentary regular chips which appeared on the receipt but was told that we couldn't have the chips unless we bought something right there and then so had to buy another chips to get what we were supposed to get orginally. By the time we got our food half the order was cold. Thanks a bunch you chimps

Ordered a burger and corn online. Corn was straight out of the refrigerator. It was not room temp, bloody cold. I had to microwave it.

3 separate times i have had a wait on chicken as they had ran out. Read your reviews Nandos and review your process?

Horrible management, very rude and disrespectful. I have never In my years ever encountered such bad service i wouldn't recommend this particular store to anyone.

Good meal but the table service was bad. Tables with old plates left for at least 45 minutes and all of the tables were dirty.
