Good customer service. There was a mistake with my takeaway order and when I called and explained the issue, the staff were happy to fix my order.

My partner ordered a great pretender supremo wrap and took one bite and realised it tasted strange. He opened up the wrap and found literally two pieces of chicken and a bit of cheese in the wrap. They either got his order completely wrong or someone was playing a joke. Cheers Nandos

If there was a zero I will. Bad food and no service. The girl (manager) was rude and did not refund the off salad.

Had dinner here on a Wednesday night. Place was packed but still got my meal in a good amount of time. Great service.

Staffs so nice and polite with a smile, my grandson loves Nando's. Kept up a good job guys!

Terrible customer service, waited 25 mins for a simple meal and then was interrupted directly after starting our meal to be told we weren’t charged for a drink and needed to go and pay for it. Rude.

Wrong ordered delivered and when on returning, extremely rude woman behind the counter refused to give the right order.
Stay far away from this store.

Buyer BEWARE - This nando's will charge you for a LARGE chips and give you a regular chips in its place - Had this multiple times / will never return to this nando's - Yet go to the morley store and Great Meal and the right size chips for what you pay.

I have taken my meal back multiple times and even complained to head office, they don't wanna know either that this store is blatantly ripping people off.

Steer clear and go elsewhere

Bad customer service they don't know how to greet customers staff member attitude was bad said just wait then walked inside without saying any word. Food quality is low if i campare to Belmont Nandos

I love Nandos - but I have ordered the power up bowl twice in the last couple of months from Nandos Beechboro, and they keep leaving out the roasted capsicums and mixed seed sprinkle (which is the main reason I love the dish in the first place)! And today I had ordered a quarter chicken & as I tipped it out of the box onto my plate.out fell a used (sucked dry) chicken bone! That was definitely not a part of the piece of chicken I ordered! I called the restaurant and explained the whole situation, after which the boy that answered just said “umm do you want to speak to the manager or something”… I just said no that’s ok - I’ll get my money back from Uber eats.

Regular customer, chicken is what your expect from Nandos's. Nicely grilled chicken and peri peri sauce. Place is quite spacious and normally not full.
Cleanliness isn't the best at the restaurant, many tables are left with finished plates. Tables aren't exactly that clean either.

Really bad experience with cleanliness and hygiene.

All plates through the stack were not washed properly and still oily or had food remnants.

Sat there for dine-in and hoped our food was served on a clean plate but unfortunately not. Had to cancel dine-in and took the food home.

Just a hindsight thought that if the cutlery displayed outside and being visible to the guests are so filthy, then can't vouch much for their food handling procedures in the kitchen.

Never going back to this Nandos.

I just purchased a whole chicken and side from this store. When I got home. I was really disappointed as the chicken was dry and charred. I was too hungry and tired to drive to take it back.

The worst nando i have been too.sticky tables.chicken burger with avocado.so little avocado on it.and the bun definitely not fresh.old and hard.dont waste your money at this nandos.

Food is hit and miss if you take away. I do go here regularly because it's the closest one from home. Staff are always friendly and polite. The food is better if you dine in.

The worst customer service ever at this Nandos with the staffs on a Saturday 7/05/2020
1) First of all, the fat dude did not show any energy at all and motivation to work. He was like dragging his whole body to deliver my plate.

2) Taking my orders for him sounded like a chore. No smile at all.

3) Seeing me the first client coming in did not seem to enjoy him much.

Out of this experience a total 0.1/10. Mate, if you do not wish to work, stay home and laze all day. Don’t bring in your negative vibe in society where my morning meal is important to me!

Ordered food for delivery via the app on 28/03/22.whilst in COVID isolation.
Not delivered to the correct address, and contacted customer services straight away to arrange a redelivery or refund.

I was told customer service would need to follow up with Door dash before authorising a refund, with an update to be provided.

It is now 08/04/22, with multiple attempts to contact Customer Service via email and phone ignored.

I called the store and was told nothing they could do, and to follow up with Customer Service (who are unable to be contacted?)

Incredibly unhappy with the lack of resolution for this order, would not recommend.

I entered the establishment and as soon I walked in I was blown away by the sheer energy one of your employees Matthew rowe gives off. He has got to be the most buff and handsome man I have ever seen, the way he does his work gets me worked up if you know what I mean. Can I please have his number?
