Very good food, takes a while to receive and sometimes the chicken is a little bit burnt but its really good highly recommend

So disappointed in drive thru, waste of 20 minutes and left empty handed.the girl at the window has no clue about customer service!

This is the first time I have been dissatisfied with my meal from Tuart Hill Nandos. This time however, the chicken was burnt black, when I picked up the leg of chicken the burnt charcoal that used to be meat crumbled back into the box. There is no way they didn’t know the food was inedible, but the served it to me anyway. It was a takeaway order so I didn’t know until I had returned to my home. So disappointed & angry that they believe it was ok to still sell inedible chicken.

I was served and taken care of by a sweet young lady by the name of Thuy. She was lovely and the experience was pleasant but there are some small complaints i need to get off my chest.
I was handed a bottle of coke which read Mikey, my name is John, the disrespect, I felt humiliated. Although I never mentioned my name to her I felt like she just assumed my NAME. Can you believe that?
Anyways I had a great meal and will be back.

What a disgrace and you just served 3 of the worst burgers in history. How I must ask can you completely ruin a simple task as a lousy chicken burger. The bun stale, 1 piece tomato and the smallest strip of chicken with 2 chunks of lettuce. Really bad

Went for drive thru and wait for 50minutes to get into the window and then still need to wait for another freaking 20minutes to wait for my food.

Zero star.had a fly in my quarter chicken and rice meal.reported to team.and was told I would get refund for rice.and counter staff even had a few coins ready to give me when I moved towards the counter.and when I requested to speak to the manager he was even more defensive.the worst part was he Said the fly was on the rice and so can only refund the rice. I wish I had recorded this.so clearly leadership failure at the store.so reported via nandos website but no reference no’s were given to me instantly online or via email. I am a huge fan of nandos but this place is disappointing. I absolutely adore the Nandos store where I live.so simply assumed all nandos stores had great service.

In and out but not so quickly even with the app and prepaid. Chips with peri peri salt are always a winner and these were fresh. The chicken ribs were delish as well.

This Nandos has never let me down. The staff are always friendly and professional. The food has never disappointed. Highly recommend

Lovely staff. Food was as good as expected. Staff even made sure my PERI PERI seasoning on FRIES were the VEGAN option. Our table also ordered CHICKEN and everything was made to PERFECTION. Service and care was very pleasant.

I don't know if it was my first experience going to dinner at this place, but the service was terrible, I ordered a paella dish for two people, without even a smaller dish so we could help ourselves, and the cleanliness of the place, as there is no waiter, had dirty tables and o food on the floor, and honestly doesn’t recognize paella as it’s not paella and a plate of rice and chicken with no flavor.

Probably the best Nandos in WA. Staff are energetic and friendly. You get your food quick. Drive through is another plus.

Thank you for adding the great pretender! Since I changed to a plant based diet I have been eating your vegie pattie every week but this new chicken replacement makes the best burger I have ever eaten, meat or plant based! Great staff, always friendly and helpful. Best chips and now the best burgers in Perth!

Spacious restaurant, quick and delicious. As far as 'fast food' goes, Nandos is delicious, and you don't feel bloated and horrible afterwards. Also SPICY yum-yums for vegans.

Unsupportive staff, poor customer service and the food was not That FRESH, got there and placed a takeaway order around 8: 30 SAT for records,
NOT GONNA GO BACK

They need to learn how to treat customers on the phone! After 8 1/2 minutes waiting I gave up! I understand the place gets busy but I was completely ignored. Didn’t even come back and say sorry to keep you waiting or acknowledge I was even there. Answered the call, said please wait, dropped the phone on the counter.

I have been coming here at least once a week for i can't even remember how long now. The most consistent of all nandos! The service is always super friendly, the chicken is always super fresh. A positive experience time and time again. The best nandos in Perth hands down!

I come here at 7.40pm and am told takeaway only! Plenty of tables empty as well. Super rude staff and super rude manager as well. The poorest nandos experience ever!

Sadly this Nandos at Tuart Hill is a bit hit and miss these days.used to be one of the best and I would drive for 30 minutes to go to that Nandos instead of my local.
But twice now I have ordered chicken tenderloins and they have been cold.not even put on the grill at all.and the pita bread served with hummus was dry and cold also.such a shame. They seem to lose the plot the minute its busy.
Didnt eat my meal for fear of getting sick.just left it there.
Wont go back.a shame.as it was my favourite and only fast food place to go.

Oh my god! What a quick service, I don't know the exact name of her but it's sidny or something. Tremendous customer service with warm greeting. Her service will keep making me visit here again and again. Thanks a lot. Cheers happy New year.
