Ok taste but poor value for money. You will not be satisfied. If you’re on a budget better off having a pub meal.

Poor quality service with regards to the food. Requested well done but got fairly cooked. When watching the chef you will notice that the food prepared for people dining inside is cooked perfectly with extra sauce while drive thru and takeaway orders are just prepared poorly.

Here’s a Nando’s outlet that’s determine to make a difference. They are always under the pump (peak times) to deliver on food and service…. And they haven’t disappointed me.
You can tell the staff are committed to giving us their professional best.

Tastey but I was shocked & disappointed at the small quarter chicken size i received, Skinny & Boney, not much meat at all. Get bigger at Red Rooster.
I ordered a Mediterranean salad & Lemon n Herb quarter leg chicken $19.95.
Very average customer service & It was a cold night & just as cold inside the restaurant, they had the windows & door open brrrrrrrrr!

Chicken is truely horrible, barely touches the grill and tastes chewy and cheap. Chips should be easy but always under cooked and bland. Nandos sucks.

Ordered pick up Nando chicken tonight 11/08/23 was pure disappointment.
The Nando that I remember is the charred flavorful grill chicken with grilled taste and aroma, the chicken I received tonight is just come out of the oven has zero taste or smell of grill, I could get that from Wollies, taste better.
When I got there my order wasn’t ready, I understand they were busy, but man at least take pride on your job! The cook/chef put my chicken on the grill for literally 1 minute or less, flip it then throw them to box add sauce then handed to me, all happening in front of me, I made my order prior my pick up time, to give them enough time to prepare.
Zero pride on the job and food they serve.
I’m hoping they improve their food quality and service delivery.

My partner and I both got food poisoning from there. We ordered Nando’s through Uber on Monday night. We had chips, grilled chicken and paella.
We spent our next morning head over the toilet bowl.
We rarely order from Nando’s. Needless to say we will never come back to the Tuart Hill one.
As I’m pregnant, I had to go straight to the doctor. Never again Nando’s.

Food not great, beverages not cold, however the 1 star goes to the franchisee and manager Mike Leeb for insulting, yelling and swearing at his kitchen/wait staff. He paid no respect to his hardworking team during my visit there, not to mention that everyone heard him screaming at our table on multiple occasions, which made our dining experience even more unpleasant. I won’t go back there, not for the food, but because I don’t support his way of doing “business”

Prefer takeaway from here. Place always feels grubby and sticky. Could really do with a refit as well. But the service and food is generally pretty decent as far as Nandos goes.

Nandos at Tuart Hill is always a classic. My parents and I would drive all the way from Marangaroo to this nandos, for the best chicken and peri peri chips, clean restaurant and the atmosphere is always welcoming. There's a gentleman there, since I was little is still rocking and grilling chicken and is always a pleasure seeing him working here. Staff are always friendly and I think this is the only nandos i know off, that actually has a drive through.thanks Nandos Tuart Hill,

Gave me a warm drink and then didnt have any ice. Also got our order wrong and everything fell apart.

For many years I have tried Nando's at so many branch this branch has the most rude staff at all.

The ladies at reception named as Tina not just don't know how to smile and greeting but I'm politely ask is there any table available for one because i came at peak time at 12.55pm she was rudely answered with cranky face reply " you just go to any table you want at the back and front since i cant help you at the moment".

Does she think every customer coming here coming for dine in has the floor plan know his restaurant designated area?

All the table are full in the front and no one know is there any table in the back.

She may answer it " no worries sir, we have a lot of vacant at the back and you can choose anywhere you want".

And please don't be so rude like you want every customer know that you're really tired and so many work left behind by showing your cranky face and rude tone.if you can show friendly and exceptional customer just to smash in the peak time for 4 hours, my advise don't be front liner just do back of house job.

Luckily i still have Scarborough Beach Branch that can please and welcome customer to have dine in.

I have just received my Uber. All I can say is that the pita bread Chicken Burger, was absolutely terrible. It was SUPER tough. I had to take the chicken out and cut it with a knife. So not impressed. Waste of money. I threw it away.

The best Nando's in Perth! If you want qaulity food and good portion sizes, this is the place to go

I ordered online for a home delivery. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes before contacting the driver who advised that the order was not ready when he got there so he picked up other orders for delivery. I then made the call to Nandos at which time I was advised that they were packing my food up as we spoke, and apologised for the delay. The driver called 2 minutes later and advised that it would be another 35 minutes because the food was not ready - I asked to speak with the manager. I spoke with a lady who advised that it would be another 5 minutes. She advised that it was Friday and very busy - with all due respect Nandos, preparing fast food for delivery and pickup is your core business! We received our food over 1 1/2 hours from order to delivery. The food was cold and unpalatable.

For the first time in years My rice has not taste at all…… in the raps there is half slice of tomatoes each and it look like they just chuck everything in it …. The sweet potatoes are burnt …. It looks like the staff has changed and for sure the Big Boss is not very nice …. Screaming the poor girls in front of ur customers is not good neither productive …. Not going back for sure

Have been coming to this nandos for 4 years now I drive 40 min every time as it was my favourite nandos in Perth, use to have such good food I would come once to twice a week but unfortunately last few visits have not been so pleasant girl on drive through taking orders extremely rude every time and has a attitude, service is slow and food doesn’t taste so great. Bring back all the old staff they were always friendly, polite and had good banter. Even when dining in tables not cleaned always have to wipe and soap my own table down shocking.

Supposedly this passes for a piece of chicken in a burger. Really not acceptable for the price.

The only two times we have been here, we were sat down less than a meter from the main till and our food was placed on the counter for takeaway but no one told us it was ready. We only found out it was ours both times by getting up after waiting forever to ask. The latter excuse was "you weren't here" (despite us being sat down and not moving from the bench right next to the till). Absolutely shocking service. Lucky the food is ok.

Best Nando's in Perth. Always perfectly cooked and really appreciate the personal service.
