So this would be like a special treat for me when I visit Cockburn. However every time there is some problem with the simple system for taking orders and executing it 100%. I wanted to share a meal with my partner and low and behold getting an order wrong which is so simple really erks me. Half a chicken with salad. I received and had to pay for 2 meals plus the coleslaw was off/expired. For a place that is so busy they should have fresh on hand and for it's world wide reputation, they should train their staff to repeat an order after its been places so to make sure that it is correct. The chicken was nice and the girl that was on her first shift as a new employee was so helpful and replaced the coleslaw for chips. Will I be back? Very unlikely as the last time it was the chips that was not fresh and it must have been someone else's that came back so they passed it on to me. I know the owners and I am sorry to say, I expected that much from them.they really killing the South African institution here in Cockburn.

Very unhygienic Cutlery & Plates. Dirty glasses and cutleries food still on there. At least spare 5minutes to wipe the cutleries and glasses

Good fast service. Chicken needs a little bit more cooking for our liking as a little raw along some bones.

Very rude manager wouldn't let me cancel my order even though they were not even close to start making it.
Ended up waiting an 1hour for it with a really hungry toddler.
Terrible experience.

Service is very late. Staffs at the counter are not friendly enough. I ordered quarter chicken and then asked to upgrade it to half. She put the order for both quarter and half, and charged accordingly. Even if I ordered quarter and half seperate should not she advise that I could get full chicken with the same price?

Worst dinning experience ever service was terrible no bloody air con waited over an hour for our food then when it did come out burgers where cold. Never again.

As much as I love Nando’s the quality is slipping. I ordered a Classic Burger and chips, nothing wrong with the order, but my wife ordered the Super Salad, it has the sticker from the avocado in the salad, there was only 4 sweet potato chips. When we pointed out to the waitress she said sorry but just walked off.
Also, when paying we wanted to use the new order directly to our table service but there were no table numbers for outside so I had to go in. Then I tried using my reward dollars but the assistance could figure out how to use it, the manager came over, also couldn’t figure it out. I just gave up and paid the full amount.
Unfortunately, the service and food are just not up to quality anymore.
And just as I was about to finish writing the post…cockroaches on the table ‍️

We love Nandos, we usually go every week.this used to be our regular outlet.
However today's visit was very disappointing it was like a sauna we asked the staff to turn on the air-conditioning and were told it was on the highest setting.
We always enjoy a couple of Corona with our whole hot chicken and it was hot, who wants to drink a hot beer in a heatwave.
We won't be going back ever again

Gosh what has happened here? Order via an app on the table that doesn't work, asks for a table number when there is no number. Order crashed and we went inside anyway. Table cleaning terrible and most tables had old food left on them. Cleanliness inside questionable. Serving benches look like they need everything removed and a solid cleaning. Sad that customer service replaced by a stupid app. Normally we like coming here.

Ordered on the 10/01/2022 picked up about 6: 30pm. Just wanted to say that the girl who served me was so polite and accommodating. Food always taste great.

Terrible new system, where you cannot even order food from a human. They are pushing you to order through an app. Which needs your table number.which is not told to you anywhere.

Portuguese flavoured chicken and chips! It was very tasty and filling. Now, My wallet on the other hand was beaten into a submissive state by the prices.its scary. But soooooooo good, its worth it.

The place undoubtedly provides the good food even after waiting so long. But I will never visit here again and will make sure none of family or friends visit here as well. It's been our third time that we went for lunch or dinner here when the so called manager 'Sara' was here on duty. Always serves food with negativity and never welcomes with smile. Even today when I was there eating food with my friends, she was yelling at a driver unnecessarily who was there to pick order. So much negative environment just because of that lady. Had to give 1 star otherwise i wouldn't even prefer a 0 for this place. Sorry Nandos please hire a good staff.

This ridiculous restaurant requires every customer to order online while we are actually in the shop. If you tried to order from their counter it could take you over 20 minutes.
If you don't want to ruin your weekend dinner just avoid it.

Foods great but what the heck…. Being made to use the app online to order takeaway is terrible. Crashed twice and it deleted my order, tried a third time and then I couldn’t even order the power up bowl with chicken as it requires you to choose as your protein: super veg pattie or great pretender protein… but no option for chicken. Left and went to grilled. Didn’t have to log into a app to order take away there.

Decided to give it another shot 2 days later as my hubby was craving Nandos. He ordered because I refused to and I went to pick it up. Waited 55 minutes for a wrap, chips and salad. Orders were delays ages, orders were lost and there were a lot of angry customers.

But that was not the worst bit. The worst bit was the OHS problems that this “restaurant” had. The entire time I was there, the entrance and front of counter entire floor was covered in oil. One tiny sign saying “cleaning in progress” however.not a sight of one person stopping to clean it up the whole 55 minutes I was there. I saw one child fall, and plenty of people loose their balance.

You guys need to do better.

I’ve eaten here twice now and both times loved the Superfood Avocado Smash burger. I love having these vegan options! The patty tastes freshly made (not just bought in bulk and chucked in a deep frier like some places). My only gripe is the fact I have to go searching for the avocado. It’s called Avocado Smash, so put more than 1/18 of an avocado in it!
The chips are cooked to perfection but the sweet potato chips are the winner in my eyes. Delectable!

As much as I love the food here, it was ruined by the cooks constantly slamming something on the bench in the kitchen area. It happened every couple of minutes and was very jarring! I could see other customers getting irritated by it too.

Okay service, not great for health reasons.
To date the table bottle sauces left behind the counter for dine in use remain cap less, no lids to cover the open bottles and stop flies hovering around the bottle neck.
The same sauce sauce bottle is then handed to dine in customers unaware of flies hoverin
The same bottle sauces are left uncapped on the outside dinning tables before collection resulting in flies hovering around the bottle neck.
I don't think the open bottle even gets covered or closed overnight.
Loss of appetite when you receive a bottle of uncapped sauce.
