69 I really enjoy my food today at Nando’s, I don’t mind if it’s takes long time, because is fresh and tasty!
However I believe you need to hire more staff for the floor, most of the tables were dirty. Still give 5 start for the wonderful food.
Place is a trash tip, dirty plates, and half eaten everywhere. In the hour i was there, there were no attempts for staff to clean
Ordered 4 tenders waited 40mins and then they told me no tenders and served a dried up chicken breast with no apology
This was the worst nandos experience I had, they had served everybody that was after us before us, they made us wait over an hour and when we hassled they hadn’t even started making our orders, and I’ve got places to be biggest waste of time. Honestly pathetic service, not tryna be a Karen but this is ridiculous.
Brilliant staff, I always wanted cold food and to wait more than 45 minutes.
My chips were straight from the frozen packet and my friend Daniel loved his meal.

The food was okay but they forgot our order 40 minutes later we went to the counter to ask when our food was coming, they had missed it. It took another 10mins to get our food.
Stood at the counter for 5 mins for the waiter to walk off on us twice to deal with online orders. Only a few customers seated but every single table had dirty plates! Not 1 single table was clear.
My pita was full of unripe tomatoes and no peri peri salt in the shop for peri peri chops… don’t bother coming here
Worst nandos in WA. Unfortunately this is my local nandos and every time I come here it is terrible. The tables are never clean, have to wipe it down myself every time. They are always out of something, rather chicken, peri salt or chips. And the service is terrible, the staff are slow and are extremely blunt. I also have a few friends that say the same thing that live in the area
Terrible wait time. Ordered online through app to be picked up at 1PM. 2 hours plus and it’s not ready yet. Poor customer service.
Please don’t waste your time and money here, as much as we understand the pressures of hospitality and how reasonable it is for a mistake to be made on an order on a busy night, the manner you handle customer feedback and attempt to correct a mistake is so much more important.when you lack the effort to even introduce a process to handle this aspect properly, well, that says that you don’t care about your customers, please don’t waste your time and money here, there are much better options in the market
Very disappointed, restaurant and kitchen very dirty, basting sauce and food scraps allover the grill area floor - can see it’s been there for a while! Tables, cutlery, and floor, not clean. Health department nightmare!

The food always seems to deliver quite along with the service. Where the counter is next to the door, doesn't seem like the best layout when it comes to picking up orders / ordering.
One person opened a bottom drawer using a pair of tongs, with the same tongs took out a chicken and put it on the stove after that he kicked the drawer closed with his dirty boots l, so next time he repeted the process. How dirty must those tongs be and he handels the food with it. Also lots of souse spilled on the floor infront of the stove. Very dirty place I won't go back again.
The bun of the burger was disappointing, it was not even cut properly, when we were leaving we just thought to let the manager know about it and she wasn't even bothered by our query, no apologies, plus no air con in store.poor experience.

No manager. Bunch of young girls standing around. Tables not cleared for 15+ minutes. We had to ask where our food was and then one of the staff started cooking it, about fifteen minutes after we ordered. Then another five minutes later we were asked what basting we wanted as it didn’t go through with the order. Food and rubbish all over the place and on the floors. Chicken and basting on the kitchen floor also. Need to be inspected by WA Health Dept. Owner or senior needs to be there all the time.
Checked in for lunch with 6 people.
Walked in and couldn't find a proper table for 6 as many tables were filled with crockery left behind by previous diners. The waiting and kitchen staff were busy yakking away and could not be bothered to sit us down as customers.
We managed to join a couple of tables ourselves and had to call 1 of the waiting staff to clean our tables.
Food has to be self ordered, cutlery, sauces and condiments are self service. The customers may soon have to whip up their own meals in the kitchen and pay for their food while the staff can continue to yak away and the franchise owner sit remotely and count their monies!
Horrible service! Unhygienic environment to dine in and poorly trained staff. Absolute disgrace to Nandos as an established restaurant branding going into ruins with such poor customer service.
I don't think I'll be ever going back to this particular Nandos anymore. Whoever is in charge of this place, ought to seriously consider their business options carefully. With such poor service standards, you may become obsolete in no time!
Disgusting guys. We ordered via uber eats and got this completely burnt chicken. We were refunded but now we don't have dinner. Why would you package something that looks like this for delivery? We won't be ordering from here again.
Poor website can’t even locate its own restaurants, and you can’t call to order food. It’s like they don’t want to make money.
Managed very, very poorly.
We waited for over an hour for our food, ON A MONDAY NIGHT. They put up a “sorry we are closed” sign up at 7PM, yet on the website they close at 10PM.
They wouldn’t give us an immediate refund either as we ordered on the app, telling us that we have to do it ourselves online.
Also, they had NO AIRCON on and it’s summer.
