Fantastic place, very clean amenities and accomodation.

We stayed in an on-site van but the camping sites looked great too. We would definitely love to return with the camper trailer one day!

Amazing hosts, friendly, down to earth and nothing was too much trouble.

The Painted Desert tour was well worth the time and is highly recommended!

If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful and fair dinkum station farm experience, this place is well worth travelling to!

Don’t forget the marshmallows for the kids to roast by the campfire

Thank you Vera and Paul for taking the time to make our overnight stay a 5 star experience!

Excellent experience if you want a feel of staying in a camper van altho the location is a bit far in. Basic necessities all provided and most quietest camping ground we have been so far so we can sleep in. Vera and Paul were very friendly and place is very clean. Star gazing is absolute best!

Absolutely amazing place and very well managed too. Facilities are clean and nice. We stayed in an onsite caravan and were totally happy with what we got. If you're after a bit of 4WD challenge then you can take the track that takes you directly from outside the farm gate to Hansens Bay Beach area. But be prepared for sand and rocks.

Nice well looked after grassy sites. Friendly hosts, pretty good showers and camp kitchen. Still a decent drive to the Pinnacles desert from there which was a bitdisappointing. Maybe our lack of research.

We loved our two night stay at Nambung
Jacqui welcomed us on arrival
We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit with the other guests exchanging our travel stories
BUT my highlight was going on the tour with Stuart in a buggy showing us around the station then walking up the sand dunes to see the amazing site of the painted desert and the pinnacles He was very knowledgeable
My partner sand boarded down
A great day out

We had a wonderful stay, Station Manager Jacky is amazing. Very friendly atmosphere. It’s great for kids and animal feeding is fun for the little ones. I will definitely go back again.

Mouse dropping all over my pillows and my son's pillow the first day we checked in. Didn't offer any reimbursement until I asked. And only given 1 day, we booked for 3, stayed 2 nights. They reimbursed the 3rd night where we didn't intend to stay. New year's eve ruined. Animals were lovely and amazing. But couldn't stand the hygiene standard. They said mouse plaque, maybe just unfortunate time I went there. Been to other farm stay never experienced this.

Very welcoming and friendly owners and management. They go above and beyond expectations to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Facilities a bit tired but clean. Feeding the animals, trips around the station, photos under the stars, Poetry reading round the camp fire on one night. Another night, Aboriginal talk, Brian singing country music, Poetry reading and snags on the bbq, all this with the camp fire going. An amazingly quiet and peaceful stay. Highly recommended.

Excellent place to camp on a nice quiet rural farm setting. Has excellent hot showers and very clean amenities and facilities. Has a good fire pit area near the kitchen/BBQ area. Don’t be put off by the dirt/gravel road access in. We loved it so much! We had some amazing sunsets in the evening and the stars were amazing at night time. The staff where amazing and Brain the owner was very helpful. Highly recommend to stay here. One of the best places I’ve been too. Very well priced as well. There farm tour is a must thing to do as well was amazing!

Jerry (hope I remember that right sorry) was a great park manager. Very friendly and informative. He let me feed the orphaned lambs and pet the horse. You’re able to walk around the hobby farm in certain areas and was a really tranquil place to spend the night. Perfect for a sunset and we could have watched the stars forever as no light pollution. Huge bbq for camp kitchen with a fridge/freezer (apart from some bugs was good but hey you’re outside) and clean toilets/showers.oh yes and for powered site for two was a great price.
Thanks for a great stay!

What a charming oasis. Emus to the left, sand dessert to the right. An awe inspiring location. We booked on Airbnb but there are many other ways to book as well. It was $90 with tax a night for us. For a caravan stay. My friend and I came for a stay while on a wildflower hunt in the National Parks around Nambung. Brian the owner was a grand old fella, and the there were the loveliest people staying there. We went early September 2020, so early spring it was very quiet and only a few other guests. I hear they have a country music festival they run and that would be a wild time. The facilities were clean and just what you need. A community kitchen and bbq, a glorious massive fire pit to surround at night and enjoy the glow and warmth of. Plus in the trailer there was a gas stove and basic dishes and serving things. We brought our own coffee plunger but the kettle was there for use, and the serving utensils and kit. The community gas bbq was well kept and easy to maintain when cooking with others staying there, encouraging outback culture of sharing. They have station tours available each morning, two hour long exploring adventures guided by the owner or managers, hearing the 100 year history of the place and visual story of the land and things on it. It’s $25 for adults and $10 for children. Might be your thing when on a lounging holiday when not on too tight of a budget. I loved staying here, and I will be back though next time I’d like to camp out. They have extensively appropriate showers and toilets designated for ladies and gents, the walks are nice and the sheep and emus near by give such a restful farm feel. I recommend staying on this station stay and look forward to finding others and comparing them to this joyful Nambung Station Stay.

This stay was simply fantastic. Sam and Tess were wonderful hosts and extremely passionate about the farm and livestock. The station campgrounds serve as a perfect getaway from city life and the stars were simply amazing. We didn't get the chance to do the farm tour out to the sand dunes but we certainly will next time. Many thanks to Sam and Tess for your enthusiasm, our kids had an absolute ball at Nambung Station.

Beautiful sunsets, Milky Way, cosy caravan
Host invited us to feed farm animals in the evening too! 40mins drive from Cervantes, with part of the road unsealed but accessible by normal 2WD. No food nearby, but cooking facilities in caravans adequate. Drinking water supplied
