Myer Perth reviews
56Great range of men's brands and great staff, always helpful and friendly. Always seem to find something I have to buy whenever I visit
A great store with great variety. Only problem is when I go into the fragrances section, I am hounded by the staff for assistance. I know customer service is a must but there needs to be more communication on who’s served who. I got asked by 6 different staff members one time and ended up walking out.
Myer era is over. Not exciting anymore. Especially car park and traffic problem they should move outside city like ikea
It use to be the shop, but we changed over to DJ for one reason Customer Service. There are some staff very attentive but for the most of the time you will have a hard time getting attention.
It's old and tired and doesn't have enough staff to actually provide a service worth going in for.
Better off shopping online or at Watertown.
Amazing customer service at the Dangerfield sectoon DeeDee was so helpful in finding me a jacket and even went to another store to get it for me, 10/10 such a legend
In the heart of Perth, with a good variety but the cost of items is ridiculous there is no wonder why this store is losing money hand over fist. It's not an inviting place almost sterile feeling to it. Location is about all that is going for it. Give it a miss you can find better value close by.
Went to shop in the cookware and cutlery section during 50% off sale, service was very nice, workers asked kindly if we needed any help, and smiled though we had her going back and forth to check for stock on three different products for us. Good prices on beautiful kitchenware during sale
Very sinmple and other under renovations around make low atmisphere.rest room unacceptable look.items sold ok
Difficult to find toilet, when you find toilet it is only for women no men's toilets available, bad design not recommended
Only shop in ausAustra that isn't open late nights on Thursday
Racist from management to customer service staff. And the manager doesn't perceive any problem so it won't be fixed until they hire a new HR department and fire the incumbent manager.
The shop was big and all brands you can think of are there. Bought baby clothes that are very beautiful
Stand around at a checkout, no one around, no service and no bell to ring. What’s the point? Do you want us to buy stuff or not?
Amazing customer service- I received the best customer service I have ever experienced.
Joseph in the men’s suit area, thanks a bunch for expert advice and friendly service. I only intended to spend a couple of hundred but with your help I found lots of great items and ended up paying a little over $1,500.00
I will be back!
Thanks
Staff are helpful and friendly. Has good products. But noticed some of the sections were untidy, clothes were on the floor etc.
Was blocked at the escalator from going upstairs. Took the lift and plenty of room. Why I don't know?
