Myer Perth

I was in the Myer Perth shop yesterday, (13 Dec'23, around 11.30am) and while waiting for my wife I witnessed a wonderful sight, though rare these days: a very accomplished and experienced staff member assisting a customer choose a dress from Anthea & _? This staff member was professional, friendly and obviously very familiar with her products. She gave specific fashion advice and directed the customer to the most suitable dresses to suit her. You should be very proud of her and fortunate to have her working for you. Please pass on my congratulations to her.

I went to the shoe section today at 9am (it was very quiet) I waited around trying on shoes without any sales representatives offering to help. There was one person standing at the register, another gentleman looked like he was coming out from the back and I hoped I caught his eye for help.but no. He turned back around and stood in the back. Another sales rep was tidying up an already tidy area and made no attempt to acknowledge any of the 5 fellow customers trying on shoes. I left after walking around for 15 mins and went straight to David Jones. I was offered assistance within 45 seconds. Customer service needs improvement.

Booked an order for click and collect, it says it will be ready to collect next day on web site, but I waited for about two days and it was not ready yet.
Rang the Myer and they couldn’t get it prepared at that day, I had to cancel it because I was leaving the next day, but I went to the shop there was full stock and I could just buy it straight away.
Couldn’t understand why it took so long and couldn’t prepare my order.
Disappointed.

Very poor service.
You can't contact Myer Store as they never answer the phone.
All you receive is a blind recording.
And as for there website.nothing to help either.
What happened to good old Myer
store.

I just received the absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered from Myer shoe department. I returned a pair of CK shoes I purchased in late April this year as they have come apart at the seams on one shoe. The lady that served me was abrupt, rude and had zero customer service skills. She didn't even ask me 1 question regarding when I purchased the shoes and treated me with no respect. I don't usually write reviews but I was compelled to on this occasion. I wouldn't of even cared if they couldn't assist me in the return, its just the way she treated me.
I will say the ladies at Mecca were outstanding and so helpful.

Service is deplorable. Cant see how Dept Stores can survive as they really are really are just resellers.

I was unlucky enough to attempt to depart the store just prior to closing. Each floor had a different exit, makes one wonder if there was an emergency, very confusing. Not a good experience.

This is Myer, your typical Myer. The experience is typical of any Myer you visit. I've enjoyed my experience every time. It's basically an expo containing multiple booths for the one brand & some covering multiple brands for a single product. If anything, most, not all, the booths are boring and generic. It's time to create a booth makeover, give them some character and energy. An interior decorator would create 10x the traffic these booths are experiencing right now, turn your sales area into a spectacle, enhance the reason to purchase your product/s. Imagine the cologne and perfume area with mini waterfalls or other water features with stone, granite or rock displays and wood, flower & plant structures and centrepieces. People will be drawn to you even though they came for something completely different.

Went in just after 5pm to have a quick look at some mens leather shoes for work, only one staff member left on the floor who I spoke to briefly because she was too busy with another customer, then attended another gentleman. Basically no service available so good for me & bad for them because it saved me having to spend $$$ buying a pair of work shoes.

Elena just provided me the most amazing smile and service in the parfumerie, and gave me amazing service with a few little samples- very grateful! Thanks Elena!

Fantastic place! Heaps of options.next to train station. Arranging parking is quite challenging but once sorted, worth visiting Myer Perth! I finished shopping in an hour

I was served by Obese Nsesoni, and let me tell you he is one of the best customer service people I've met, I actually found shoes at another store I liked much the same as the ones I ended up buying at Myer Perth but I chose to spend my money with your business because of him. Spent about $300 with you thanks to him!

I went to a service desk to get a tag taken off for a purchased item and even though the first lady couldnt help she was friendly and directed me to the dangerfield section. When in this section, there wasnt a service assistant so i went to the sales person to the right of dangerfield to a lovely young new employee Kristina, she went above and beyond to help me out. She was so friendly and helpful and when most people would've given up she used her skills and got the tag off! Huzzah! Thank you. Will be recommending nice, friendly helpful service to everyone.

Bought two gifts on line on Friday, ready for collection Sunday which was great and fast. Good value gifts. No staff on click and collect. Rang bell, called number on phone, waited! Good service when they turned up.

Excellent service by staff; were happy to assist in clarifying the different sales that were on, and were super helpful in the decision making process on some home decor pieces!

I'm a frequenter of this fabulous shop because all my favorite brands are in here and big sales are really fantastic! And i also love the sales people here who always welcome you with big smile. God bless

Very friendly staff a lot of their ladies clothes are very expensive so I didn't buy any even though I went into Myers to buy a ladies winter coat. Even with the price specials on them I found their prices very ridiculous

Always the best place to shop️ Marc's and French Connection and Seed are always well stocked here

Not as big as Eastern state counterparts or not as unique as David Jones brands but still good collection and worth visiting if windows shopping in Perth cbd

A huge selection of great brands, I can't help but leave with more items then what I had originally walked in there to buy haha
The staff are good too, always accommodating even if it's past close time and not too in your face.
