I did a click and collect order last week and it was supposed to be collected the next day (Saturday). No one called me or texted me to inform me that the order will take longer and this is not the first time.

Sold me a clearance item and never mentioned you cant return, I read it on receipt. So when the dress didn't fit my wife I'm left with it. Terrible service to not mention prior to purchase. Will never shop here again

I'm so done with your store ‍️‍️ I work in the center and I can't believe how unfriendly and unhelpful your staff are. I asked a staff member a simple question and the response I received was so condescending. How dare I stop you to do you job ‍️ and this is the reason people online shop.

If you are looking for designers fashion that's the place. I found nice designer's shirts at quite a reasonable price,

The shirts were all too short in the sleeves, and overpriced -cheaper to get a shirt tailored elsewhere. Also they were lacking the kids shoes we needed

We were after a particular product walk up to what was obviously the wrong counter and was pointed in the wrong direction. This happened 3 times till we got to a counter where the two girls again pointed us in the right direction obviously to busy talking to each other and all the customers they didn't have to, walk us to the product. Finally we bumped into Haresh actually working and not just socialising like all the others. We interrupted his putting his stick a way he was happy to stop and walk us to the product. Thank you if only all you work colleagues took the time to show some customer service

Staff were lovely and helpful, I was looking for a product and was taken around to a few different brands while the lady asked for pricing and recommendations etc which was cool. The ladies in the benefit cosmetics section were really nice aswel! First time iv actually been in store as I usually have anxiety with these types of things but happy with how I was treated this day

So I do love the shop but can u pls answer the phone. I attempted 5 times from different parts of the day to Joondalup. I would of given u five stars but it’s ridiculous ur team can’t answer the phone

Very disappointed that I cannot speak to anyone because there are sales on. The message tells me to come to the store. I would if I wasn't almost crippled. Very very disappointed

Love this store. Always has what I am looking for with very friendly staff that are always happy to assist.

The Myers service is the best I have ever had, friendly and very helpful. Will be going back there again

It was good. Staff there are really lovely. I was wondering if you had the 2 t-shirts attached, in medium size at all, & the white business shirt in size 40? I already have those, but in the smaller size.

Had awesome service by a lady named Penny in the homeware section. She spent the time to genuinely help me and found me some good bargains. Left really happy, thank you Penny.

Lovely store, was surprised they are still using plastic bags, seems the reason is that they are reusable. Had to exchange an item, wrong size, a few days later which was fine as I had paid full price. Seems the new policy is anything bought on clearance will not be exchanged or refunded so beware.
Hand sanitizer should be behind every cash counter as the lady serving me was sneezing and blowing her nose then serving!

Staff were friendly enough but had to wait a good while to be served. I couple more minutes and i would had put product back on shelf and left the store.

Went to the Joondalup store on the 3/August to purchase a jacket and 2 trousers. When I paid for the items, the EFTPOS.terminal failed on 3 occasions. Apparently it couldn’t “link” with my bank for the transaction. I then had to use my keycard for pay for the purchase.
I discovered the following day that the staff at Myers had not voided those 3 failed transactions.and ACTUALLY PUT THEM THROUGH after I’d left the store. I am now saddled with a credit card debt of more than $1000 due to this gross NEGLIGENCE and incompetence.
Even though this matter would eventually be rectified with a lot of effort on my part, these sort of “errors” should NEVER happen in a ‘legitimate” department store. Would highly recommend that you SCRUTINIZE your transactions at the till if you wish to shop here!

I got quick but hurried service from a lady who usually works on another cosmetic counter so limited product knowledge. I would have spent more had the experience been more therapeutic. Remember Pretty Woman. Gift wrapping has gone up to $7,95 It should be proportional to size

Ok but no staff to assist. The ones I could find in the drinking glasses section were too occupied with their own conversation to offer help. It's a shame

I found service was overwhelming, but accommodating for what I was asking, but unfortunately, there wasn't the range I expected, & in the end they didn't make a sale.
