Shoutout to the frumpy little blonde girly working The Hub who clearly thinks she’s gods gift and looking customers up and down like they are beneath her. Drop the attitude, babe. You work at Myer.so did I. It’s nothing special and definitely not a job that should make anyone stick their nose up at others. Perhaps one of the stylists could show you how to pick proper fitting pants that aren’t busting at the behind.

Over priced for the quality of goods. Staff are a bit too eager for you to buy what you don't need.

My friend and I went into Myer to buy our friend a nice perfume. The lady that served us, Lisa, was so lovely and helpful. She took the time to wrap the gift beautifully and even give us samples. She also wasn’t bothered by us doing a split payment and then took further time to help me figure out what email I had with them to make sure I wasn’t missing out on anything. She really made our day with the positive attitude she had and how sweet she was.

Went in to get a few items, good to see the Christmas decorations statring to go up. When they open up the section, will be getting some decorations to add to the Christmas collection.

Found my milkshaker at last had been looking for so long decided to check on line and found that myer sold these and being sale time got it at a reduced price really happy and so are the family lots of shakes to come many thanks

Great range of usually higher quality items compared to the general department stores.
Still miss the Myers from the 90s with there full range however.

Hands down the worst customer assistance in the make up department. They are so unhelpful, rude and unpleasant to deal with. If you want amazing service, the Myer in Perth City has the best staff that are polite, helpful and really great to deal with.

Not a lot in stock but not their fault with covid restrictions and unable to receive stock from over east

Finally, Myer has a service experience. I didn't get the ladies names but 2 of them were the best customer service I've ever had in 14 years of shopping in Myer. Very well done, I suspect you've upped your service game to stay alive.

Always good specials at Myer. The quality of their products is most of the time better than other shops.

Small local Myers store. Mainly clothes, shoes and electrical appliances. Usually better quality items than usual department stores if you pay a bit more.

Myer treat you & your purchases better, where they still protect your goods like crockery with tissue paper and give you a bag. There is better customer service because you pay more. It's a more pleasant shopping experience. You can still pay with cash at the back wall called "the hob. " I like to budget with my cash so i am not just tapping away on my plastic. I appreciate the old-fashioned service.

I often shop @ Myer but today was the first time I've visited the Joondalup store and what has lead me to leave this review is the friendly and extremely helpful service I received from the staff. I dealt with a woman in the make up department who went far beyond the call of duty to help me with my MyerOne card issues. And when I returned to the store later in the day I came across a gentleman in the menswear department who was equally helpful and friendly. The customer service from the staff I encountered today in this store was top notch. Really impressed Myer Joondalup! Nice work!

Bought a great jacket. But that doesn't reflect the Meyer brand. The store was clean and the staff were helpful in suggesting to keep receipts as a foreigner to collect taxes spent on goods in Australia!

Completed a return, that took over 20 min. Only shop at MYER however, have issues with returns. Hit and miss, depending on staff. Joondalup MYER is not that great. Try to avoid Myer Joondalup if you can! Head to one of the larger stores
