Myer

Went today to get a light jacket. Found one on line I liked and it showed they were in stock. Not familiar with this store at all, first time visit. After briefly looking around I approached a female staff member, phone in hand, clearly showing the jacket I want. I barely got out 2 words and she shut me down. 'I don't work in the men's section, it's over there' waved me in the general direction of the planet. So I find the right section, bare in mind I am looking for a specific item, an item I have on my phone screen, pretty straight forward. So the next female staff member, also seeming to be busy diving into some boxes. Also shut me down, in a clearly flustered manner, 'It will be over there in the discount area' pointing to about ½ the store. I eventually found what I wanted, which was in a totally different area. The lady who served me was quite pleasant, so not everyone was confused about the phrase 'customer service'. 2 stars, one for the server and one for the jacket.

I went to buy bras and the sales lady Barbara listen to me and she got me 4 pairs to try on.finally got Burleigh bras

Unsure some months ago to go back to Karrinyup Shopping Mall because of my first experience here. Walked into Myers and saw someone getting eyebrows done. Perfect service for my brows. Booked my next appointment. May get make-up done too next time? This positive experience has Karrinyup on my favourite place to go to now. Also being familiar of which area to park in is handier to know.

Seriously Myer has got to do something about this store. Myer is inside Karrinyup Shopping Centre which is been revamped ATM. Now the centre is coming up to speed with its looks and layout so Myer should as well. Staff need to be trained. On this occasion I thought I would go dressed a little daggy. The moment I walked in I was followed by staff who called for Myer security. When the security lady caught up with them my god, this woman had on a bullet vest, a belt that had pepper spray, bloody ridiculous. She then followed me. This was starting to annoy me so I grabbed a belt I wanted and headed to the cashier, by this point the guard was on her radio requesting help. I got to the register and now I had enough. I asked her what she thought she was doing and why is she following me requesting for help. She ignored me and walked back. Finally after 15mins a Myer staff came and I said just this please, to which she giggled sorry I didn't think you were standing here to actually buy something. I just turned around and my cash back in my wallet and walked out. New staff asap

The place are so so neat and clean, plus products are fresh and staff is very welcoming. Coming again for sure

The new renovations look amazing. So modern and a lot if similar stores like nike, adidas, jd sports, rebel sports or leather dress shoes are grouped together which makes bargain hunting nice and easy. It's so huge. The car park is huge. Wow factor

Staff are great once you're there, however I've had issues a few times when trying to call.

The staff were attentive and made me recognise the value of well trained people, the cheque was used without any hesitation

Love it wjen you need to rest a snippet you van under the revolving mobile phone up high under the clock looking up in comfy chairs can keep you going to look further at the good work they put in to renovating its new look with choice factor if apparel for teen and adult

Saturday 2nd October about 4pm. Was served in ladies shoes by a young lady whose name was Felicya (not sure if spelling is correct). Her customer service was outstanding. She assisted me willingly, patiently and was so helpful. 5 stars to this Myers employee.

Went in to buy a suit (First time)
Liliana Went above and beyond to help me out, She wanted to find me the best clothing/suit that would work with me, and she sure did. I love every thing she picked for me.

The renovation are going to be great when completed. I can't believe that they have menswear on ground floor alongside women's handbags lingerie perfumes. The story is very confusing.

A lot of building work still going on. Parking still difficult, Myer was like a Maze. Good fun though just got to keep smiling.

Myer always has a great selection of homewares, clothing and cosmetics, just to name a few. Thanks Myers

What a great fit out. A tired old store has had new life breathed into it. As always a good range of products at a competitive price.

Absolutely adored the Review SA, Friday 12th March. She was so friendly and helpful. I live 45 minutes away and would return to buy review there because of her.

God Karrinyup is horrendous when will they finish it's so depressing and dark. I know that not Myers fault. Did get some good jeans at a good price and the staff are great

Mens garment section does not stock enough as City Myer or Garden City Myer. The ladies were very keen to help.

Gave it four stars because the escalator was broken - created quite a hassle going up and down but still found what we need:)
