When visiting your Karrinyup store, I needed help and your staff member, Adriana (from MAC) went out of her way to help me with my query. She was extremely helpful and very friendly.

Never any service behind the counter or on your phone to pay! Have walked out and left clothes on the counter due to wifi NOT WORKING!

Menswear section is ridiculously small compared to Carousel and Garden City. The brands in this whole centre seems to be focused around women.

My favourite place to shop, finally a shopping centre with major range of stores, Myers, David Jones, but also Woolworths & Coles, large stores. Food hall area cafes and restaurants and a large Zara with great level of stock.
A touch of elegance with with upper level fashion outlets and sought after brands.

Lucy from Gibson department give me great service I purchased suits from this department. I’m so satisfied

Awesome variety. The shop is inviting and during christmas, takes such a festive look.it's a joy to shop here.

Today is very busy, people were everywhere and lines were long however, that didn't stop Lisa from being an amazing customer service representative. She was helpful, kind, talkative and a great source of calm during such a busy period.

Could not register with SafeWA app, nor redeem an online birthday credit in store due to an absolute lack of mobile coverage. This is really unacceptable in 2022, and in a brand new store. Work with the carriers to put boosters in your store. Don't rely upon the Centre for coverage. Otherwise, it was a pleasant shopping experience.

Always a great spot to get a new wardrobe if clothes, I've been going to Myer Karriyup for years.

Loved it. Only comment I would have, put stickers inside the lifts informing shoppers what's on each floor.

I recently bought something online from myer, the website said it was only instore at karrinup so I did click and collect, which was quite out of the way for me. After 4 days, I hadn't recieved any contact and I needed the item which was a gift for the next day for a child. I turned up to click and collect and they didn't have it, according to their side it was on back order and myer "doesn't do backorder", I had to source the gift elsewhere at significant time expense to me. I've tried to give feedback on the myer website but it was so hard to find an option other than calling a 1300 number, called but they are "experiencing higher than normal wait times". All in all, not happy and won't be using myer again.

My 2 online orders from this store were the worst experience!
The first order, they sent me a broken product and when I had to go there, they said all the products they have all the same! What a ridicules reason to sell broken products!
The second one, I ordered online and set the pickup location there because they had the stock! But after one week, they cannot do anything because my order is coming from Perth Store! I cannot cancel my order, they cannot give me my order even my product is on the shelf! My 200$ order is in middle of nowhere! The customer service call centre said they can follow it up after 2week! I have to wait another week!
When you ask for help!? The answer: THIS IS WHAT IT IS! What a Poor Customer sevice from a big company!

If a shopping centre can be beautiful, this one is now with the new renovations. Fantastic creative open spaces.

In this new age of 'equality' would it be too much to ask to have men's needs catered for as equally as women's in the clothing department?

A typical Myer store layout. Easy to navigate through, and plenty of bargains. I love the way Myer has been incorporated into the Karrinyup new extension.

Very nice. Approaching international standards.
But shops are closing too early and the centre management cuts cuts off customers who may want to use certain Bank ATM'S. For what reasons I cannot fathom.

There is a lady who works here called Dominique, her friendliness and enthusiasm you will not find in any other retail store anywhere. Give her a pay rise! ️

I went here for formal wear in men's clothing and got great service and advice. Very happy with the experience.

Staff so helpful. The lady at sunglass hut in myers went above and beyond in purchasing the right sunglasses. Thankyou
