Very helpful staff who know their stuff and genuinely want to help, rather than just get a sale.

I buy all my cat and dog food and treats from My Pet Warehouse. Easy to order online and delivery is fast. The little pack of lollies is a lovely touch.

They usually have stock compared to other pet stores. The free delivery is a definite plus on the dog biscuits. Ordered easy & got them in a reasonable time frame.

With a vast range of pet food, furniture and toys, My Pet Warehouse is one of the best places you will go for your pet. The staff are well trained in what each item in the store is, and have a vast knowledge of best products.

The ordering process is so easy and usually delivered within 3 - 5 working days. They offer an excellent variety of Aussie made products and at the best prices and with free delivery for over $50 we wouldn't buy anywhere else. We have been ordering for a few years now and would not hesitate to recommend.

Staff was very attentive and questions on pet diet, demonstrating excellent product knowledge in manufacturers, origin of ingredients and benefits of products to individual pets. Very enjoyable conversation.

I use to shop here alot, but lately they do not seem to care about the health and well being of guinea pigs and no longer stock products designed to keep them healthy.ie timothy hay, burgess pellets with vitamin c. Now I shop elsewhere.

Every time I order from this store they are fast and efficient! I accidentally ordered the wrong size tennis balls for my dog so I sent an email and they swapped the product for me for a bigger size with no extra charge! Great service and great products with decent prices.

The physical store itself provides good service and usually well stocked too. I no longer shop for pets in person so resorted to your online store. However your online store is proving to be a bit of a nuisance these days. Every time I order they send me an email saying that item is out of stock. Meanwhile, I need to source it from elsewhere. Why are the stock levels on your website always inaccurate? I know it can happen sometimes but it happens EVERY single time I order from your website. It’s a shame because I’ve lost trust now, always expecting an email. Out of 6 products I ordered, 1 was cancelled and 2 are awaiting to be re stocked. I really wanted you to be my regular monthly order, but cannot continue. Thanks for the past good experiences though (hence the 3 stars and not 1)

The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, professional and efficient. The store is well laid out and offers a wide range of pet foods and accessories. An exciting one-stop shop for a pet owner.

This visit was only for the fact I received a $10 discount voucher. The store is not laid out very well. Stock of similar type is mixed. It's hard to find anything. Not to mention the selection was poor, if you buy parts the consumable isn't available. And this was from a few differant products.
The lady at the till couldn't care less if I purchased anything from them. This location is not worth a visit.

Excellent prices and great range. You can also buy online if something isn't in stock and they'll usually have it back in stock within a few days.

Friendly service and they genuinely love your pets. Also they sell human onesies that match your dog. We love the onesie bodysuit

This place has an ample number of options for your furry friends and the prices are pretty good as well cheapest I have found for a while.
