The one of A female staff member has a very rude attitude towards non natives, which is completely different racial discrimination!

Range is always outstanding, but as somebody who works for a competitor company - I am blown away at the appalling time it takes to complete a click and collect order, over 5 hours is really unnecessary. Considering Petbarn/City Farmers can do a 30 minute click and collect order, and Petstock can offer the same service, I really think My Pet Warehouse needs to step up their game because it’s not the first time. I wouldn’t recommend their customer service either.

Pet Store Osborne Park, Knowledgeable staff and extremely helpful. Went to a competitor prior to going to Warehouse asked a question and received no help at all. Will certainly be using Osborne Park in future. Keep up the good work

Well stocked and you will mostly find what you need for all things pets. Has a loyalty program as well which is a bonus

Fantastic range of brands, and the availability of them is excellent also. Plus the staff genuinely care about pets and like to give my dog hugs and treats, which she loves.)

Staff were welcoming, friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. I drove for over an hour to shop here and it was worth it.

Over charged and then not given a refund of the over charged amount. Used to be fantastic until it wad sold.

The staff was super knowledgeable about the flea and worming treatment for dogs, and gave us some really good advice on a treatment plan that won't cost tòo much. Excellent service!

Today I walked in at 3 minutes before the tills were shutting down.
Once I was told that, it was all go. The friendly staff assisted me by enquiring about what I was after, accommodated my change of mind, carried my heavy load to the checkout and then to my car.
Checkout staff were friendly and courteous.

Used to be THE place for pet supplies. These days the store is looking dirty (Osborne Park), the stock levels are often non-existent, and it takes them ages to reply to emails. The free delivery for a $50 purchase is great, but that's where the positives end. Usually one of the more expensive pet supply shops, even when they have sales!

The grooming experience on my large dog with long hair and undercoat was outstanding. My dog was treated gently, not rushed, allowances made for her to sit, lie down and even take a break. The groomers worked as a team and demonstrated care and kindness throughout.

A great selection of premium dog foods and good quality dog treats all competitively priced. Very well stocked with everything you could possibly need for our little four legged friends.

Brilliant customer service. I had no idea what to get for our new 8 week old puppy and the sales assistant walked us around and helped with everything we needed. We will be back again.

My Pet Warehouse have lovely friendly staff, its HUGE and has a great range of products for all pets - I have a dog so great range of dog foods, including the prescription food my dog needs for her sensitive tummy, lots of toys, treats and anything you could need.its in a great location with lots of parking. Definitely my go to for any pet needs.
