Their coffee is ok but when we ordered a bacon cheese toastie which they had to make from scratch they refused to remove the bacon as every place I have visited does so upon request. We were not asking them to put new ingredients in but to take something out since my daughter is vegetarian. If you cant sightly adjust to customer requirements then the business model is doomed in the ever flexible market.

Hash brown stars were mushy, coffee was burnt.
Customer service and the free little biscuit was alright, though.
