Over priced food and coffee however it is good so the old saying applies you get what you pay for.

Stopped by this muzzbuzz for 3 coffees - a latte, a mocha and a soy cap. The service was great, quick and the latte and mocha tasted great. Not to hot or to bitter. Unfortunately when we got home we realised the cap was not soy so that was a bit of a disappointment. Will definitely make sure to check it on the next visit. The drive thru is easy to find and open good hours for early morning coffee. Will be using this muzzbuzz more often as I have recently moved into the areas.

Service is great, coffee always consistent, but the food is shocking. I've tried 3 different toasties but, naa, absolute rip-off.

If you say you open at 6, your employees should be there ready to open at that time, was there at 6: 20am and me and 3 cars left because no one was there to open. Poor service and clearly a lack of management.

Graeme and the crew always deliver a refreshing break and a laugh, great work, keep it up.

I came to muzzbuzz on a splendid day to find this godly worker. I wished to buy a croissant but i struggle to chew food because of my wisdom teeth. This blessing of an employee fed it to me, bird style. Best croissant ever, delightful flavour!

The go to hangover coffee place on the occasional Sunday morning when needed. Also a good spot for non-hungover Sunday morning

I go here with a few of my roommates once a week and it’s always the same; the guy who serves us doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing and it takes a long time + lots of errors. Coffee is good which makes up for it but better service would be great

I love Muzz Buzz, I think the overall franchise is the best ever. However, I think that there should be a Muzz Buzz South Lake TikTok account. This will be an easy promotion strategy for South Lake Muzz Buzz as this will make customers more aware of South Lake Muzz Buzz and want to purchase from there if they see funny TikToks from South Lake Muzz Buzz.

I went to this Muzz Buzz with the Gamer Squad, when all of a sudden I was attacked by a bunch of hooligans. They beat me up and locked me in my car. They then proceeded to set my car on fire and ran away. Luckily for me a Muzz Buzz employee saw the whole thing and rushed outside to help. He leaped out the Muzz Buzz window and sprinted towards my car he then ripped my car door off with one hand and saved me from the flames. He pulled me aside and went back in the Muzz Buzz to grab some water. He put all the water in his mouth and sprayed all over the fire, putting it out in an instance. He then carried me with one hand and took me into the Muzz Buzz, there he gave me a free ham and cheese crossant and a free coffee. What great customer service I thought. Thank you kind sir and thank you Muzz Buzz. I would not be alive if it wasn't for your franchise and employees.

Great service and coffees. The toasties are average as they toast them from frozen and never heats through properly.

Great, friendly and welcoming staff. There's a lady that works there that always has a friendly smile and offers us a cookie ontop of our coffee everytime without fail. Coffee tastes AMAZING for drive through coffee. I am a barista and I know some coffees taste terrible depending on the beans they use and these beans are so good!

Prefer Muzz Buzz over other places offering beverages. Their drive through is efficient and drinks are delish.

Muzz Buzz South Lake is the best. They make great smoothies, friendly staff and Dobey dog loves his treat

Friendly staff. Always liked the coffee here but lately coffee taste and smoothness has been very hit or miss ever since Muzz buzz has got new take away cups. I always get a short cappuccino. In the new cups which seem to be bigger, the coffee tastes very milky. The staff has always been very accommodating in trying to make me another coffee that tastes right. I was advised that this issue has been reported by other customers too and that your head office has been made aware. Time for head office to act and make the lives of your frontline staff easier and coffee back to its previous quality before you start losing customers. Thank You.

Coffee and drinks are always on point, the staff are friendly and all in the convenience of a drive thru. Ticks all the boxes for me.

Always friendly when we go there. The wait can be a bit long sometimes but that’s expected. Always busy when we go past!

My daughter loves the watermelon splash. She asks for one every Saturday. 4 stars because the service is slow and we have to bypass it about 50% of the time due to the car queues. We once got stuck between cars for over 10 minutes and ended up late for our event. But the drinks are great and buzz balls heavenly.

South Lake muzz buzz have a good friendly service. I've used them for a very long time, however I noticed they changed their milk to Alternative Barista Co milk. It is unfortunate for us as we all like unsweetened almond milk in our coffee and the product muzz buzz use is sweetened with cane sugar. What a shame for us as we need to now go to another coffee joint
